リスのリッキー、ウサギのウーちゃん、クマのクーちゃんは、海辺の町で、思いを伝えます。

リッキーの「備え」～コツコツの知恵～ 波のリズムに合わせて、軽快なピアノが流れます。「せっせとコツコツ～♪ 木の実を集めるのは未来への準備～♪」 小さなステップを踏みながら、楽しげに歌います。「ちゃんと蓄えておけば、冬でも安心！」と、リッキーは観客にどんぐりを一粒ずつ渡します。

ウーちゃんの「飛躍」～勇気のジャンプ～ 風に乗るような軽やかなバイオリンの旋律が広がります。「ぴょんぴょん飛び出せ～♪ ちょっと怖くても、空を目指してジャンプ～♪」高く跳びながら、くるりと宙を舞います。

クーちゃんの「休息」～ゆったりの大切さ～ 波の音に溶け込む、穏やかなギターが響きます。「ゆったり～♪ のんびり～♪ たまには何もしない時間も大事～♪」ステージの中央にどっしり座り、のんびり息を吸い込みます。「いっぱい動いたら、ちゃんと休むことも大事なんだよ」と浜辺の砂をなでながら、優しい笑顔を見せます。

今日5月18日は「ことばの日」。海辺の広場は動物たちの想いあふれる音楽でいっぱいになり、楽しくお祝いしました。



Animal's Gift of Words! A Seaside Melody

Ricky the Squirrel, U-chan the Rabbit, and Kuu-chan the Bear share their special messages in a seaside town.

Ricky’s "Preparation" – Steady Wisdom As gentle waves keep time, a lively piano plays. Ricky sings, "Step by step, working hard—collecting nuts is getting ready for the future!" Hopping along with small, joyful steps, he sings his cheerful song. "Store them well, and you'll be safe even in the winter!" Then Ricky passes an acorn to each child in the audience.

U-chan’s "Leap" – The Courage to Jump A light, breezy violin melody fills the air like a soft wind. U-chan sings, "Hop, hop, jump out—sometimes you're scared, but aim for the sky!" She jumps high and spins gracefully in the air, showing everyone her brave leap.

Kuu-chan’s "Rest" – The Importance of Taking It Easy A gentle guitar chimes, blending with the sound of the sea. Kuu-chan sings, "Slowly, relax—sometimes it's important to do nothing at all!" Sitting firmly at the center of the stage, he takes a deep, calm breath. "As much as you work, it’s important to rest too," he says with a kind smile as he lovingly strokes the soft sand.

Today, May 18th is “Word Day.” The seaside plaza is filled with music and heartfelt messages, and everyone celebrates with joy.

リスのリッキー、ウサギのウーちゃん、クマのクーちゃんが、ご飯の友を紹介します。

リッキーの「かりふわ木の実茶づけ」 「ご飯にナッツをパラパラっと…カリカリ！」 香ばしいほうじ茶を注ぐと、「ふわ～っといい香り！」 さらに、ほんのり甘いドライフルーツと、秘密の隠し味のきのこの粉末が加わり、深みのある味わいになりました。具材が多すぎて、ご飯がちょっと見えなくなってしまいました。

ウーちゃんの「ピョンピョン畑の彩り茶づけ」細切りの人参や茹でたほうれん草が、ご飯の上で美しいコントラストを作ります。湯気の中から食用の花がちらりと顔を出し、鮮やかな色がふわりと広がります。でも、だし汁をたっぷり注ぎすぎて、気づけばスープのように…？

クーちゃんの「どっしり満腹！パワフル茶づけ」豪快に焼き鮭の大きなほぐし身と、ソテーした香り高いきのこをのせました。 熱々のかつおだしが、鮭の旨味とフライドオニオンの香ばしさを引き立てます。仕上げにほんの少しのバターを溶かすと、「んーっ！コクが増して最高だ！」と満足げ。

今日5月17日は、お茶漬けの日。森の広場は楽しいお茶漬けパーティーで大盛り上がりとなりました。



Ochazuke Party! Forest Friends and Their Tasty Rice Bowls

Ricky the Squirrel, U-chan the Rabbit, and Kuu-chan the Bear are introducing their favorite rice dishes!

Ricky’s “Crunchy & Soft Nut Ochazuke” "Sprinkle some nuts on the rice… Crunchy!" Ricky pours warm roasted green tea over it. "Wow! Such a nice, toasty smell!" He adds a little bit of dried fruit and a special secret ingredient—mushroom powder—for extra depth of flavor. But… there are too many toppings! The rice is hardly visible!

U-chan’s “Jumping Garden Colorful Ochazuke” Finely sliced carrots and boiled spinach make a bright and beautiful dish. As U-chan gently pours dashi broth, delicate edible flowers peek out from the steam. "It looks so cheerful and full of energy!" But… she adds too much broth, and suddenly it looks more like soup!?

Kuu-chan’s “Hearty & Powerful Ochazuke” Kuu-chan piles on big chunks of grilled salmon and sautéed fragrant mushrooms. "Hot dashi makes the flavors even richer!" To finish, he melts a tiny bit of butter on top. "Mmm! So creamy and full of flavor!" He looks completely satisfied.

Today is May 17, Ochazuke Day. The forest clearing is full of laughter, and the ochazuke party is a huge success!

リッキーの「枝から枝へ！遠近マスター」 「ぴぴ！僕は森の木々をすばやく飛び回れるんだ！」枝から枝へ飛び移るには、遠くと近くの距離をすぐに見極めなくちゃいけない。一瞬で最適な枝を見つけ、軽やかにジャンプ！「もしもっと遠近感に優れていたら、もっとスムーズに飛び跳ねられるかも！」

ウーちゃんの「暗闇を見抜くパワー」 「ふむふむ…うさぎは暗い場所でも目がすぐに順応するんだ！」夕暮れの広場をぴょんぴょん駆け回るウーちゃん。光の変化に合わせて目をくるりと動かしながら障害物を避けます。「もっと光を集められたら、夜でも楽しくかけっこできるのに！」

クーちゃんの「森の光とエネルギーの知恵」 「んー…木漏れ日って気持ちいいねぇ」クーちゃんはゆったり広場を眺めます。「植物は、いろんな光を受けて育つんだ。ちょうどいい光がいつもあれば、森の実がもっと甘くなるかも！」

今日5月16日は、国際光デー。動物たちは、「もっと楽しくできること、まだまだありそうだね！」と夢中で話し続け、森に楽しいひらめきが広がりました。



Forest Discovery Show! The Amazing Things Animals Can See

Ricky the Squirrel, U-chan the Rabbit, and Kuu-chan the Bear can see many things that others cannot.

Ricky's "Branch to Branch! Distance Master" "Peep peep! I can jump through the trees super fast!" Ricky leaps from one branch to another.To jump safely, he must quickly judge whether branches are near or far. In an instant, he picks the perfect branch and lands smoothly! "If I could see distances even better, I could jump more easily and smoothly!"

U-chan's "Power to See in the Dark" "Hmm hmm... Rabbits can quickly adjust their eyes in the dark!" U-chan hops through the evening forest, watching the light change. She twitches her nose, dodging obstacles with ease. "If I could gather more light, nighttime races would be even more fun!"

Kuu-chan's "Forest Light and Energy Wisdom" "Mm... Sunlight through the trees feels nice," Kuu-chan says, looking around calmly. "Plants use different types of light to grow. If we always had the perfect light, the nuts in the forest might be even sweeter!"

Today is May 16th—International Day of Light. The animals happily share their ideas, imagining even more ways to see and enjoy the world.

リスのリッキー、ウサギのウーちゃん、クマのクーちゃんは、ヘルシーチャージタイムです。

リッキーの「ナッツ＆ベリー ヨーグルトボウル」 ヨーグルトに、アーモンド、くるみ、カシューナッツをたっぷり加え、森で見つけたベリーを盛り付けます。「ナッツのカリカリとベリーのプチプチ！これがベストコンビネーションだよ！」最後にハチミツをひと回し。「甘酸っぱくて、サクサク楽しい！」。

ウーちゃんの「ふわふわキャロットヨーグルトスムージー」 「うさぎといえばニンジン！」ニンジンとバナナをミキサーにかけ、ヨーグルトを混ぜてクリーミーなスムージーを完成させました。「ミルキーでやさしい甘さ！」グラスにはミントをそえて爽やかさもプラス。「ポリポリ食べるのもいいけど、飲むのも最高！」。

クーちゃんの「はちみつヨーグルト with どっしりベリーソース」「ヨーグルトにたっぷりのハチミツをとろ～り。ベリーソースをゴロゴロかけると、最高のごほうびだクマ！」スプーンですくうと濃厚な香り。「甘くてまろやか、これはくまの知恵だ！」。

今日5月15日は、ヨーグルトの日。ヨーグルトを楽しんで、快調な一日を過ごしました。



Healthy & Fun! The Animal Yogurt Show

Ricky the Squirrel, U-chan the Rabbit, and Koo-chan the Bear are having a healthy snack time!

Ricky's "Nut & Berry Yogurt Bowl" Ricky loves gathering nuts! He adds almonds, walnuts, and cashews to his yogurt and tops it with fresh berries from the forest. "Crunchy nuts and juicy berries—this is the best combo!" he says, happily mixing. A drizzle of honey finishes his creation. "Sweet and crispy—it’s so much fun to eat!"

U-chan's "Fluffy Carrot Yogurt Smoothie" "Rabbits love carrots!" U-chan says excitedly. She blends carrots and bananas with yogurt to make a creamy smoothie. "Smooth and milky—it tastes so gentle!" she says, bouncing with excitement. She adds a mint leaf on top for a fresh finish. "Crunching carrots is great, but drinking them is amazing too!"

Koo-chan's "Honey Yogurt with Chunky Berry Sauce" Koo-chan prefers big, comforting flavors. "I drizzle lots of honey over yogurt, then add thick berry sauce. It’s the best treat!" he says in a deep, happy voice. He scoops up a spoonful and smiles. "Sweet and rich—this is bear wisdom!"

リッキーの「ひんやりナッツの避暑ステージ」暑い日は木陰の涼しい場所を見つける天才です。お気に入りの広葉樹の下で、大きな葉をうちわのように振り、風を送りながらナッツの準備をします。小川にドングリを漬けてひんやりスナックを作り、「涼しくておいしいナッツ、最高！」と冷たい食感を楽しみました。

ウーちゃんの「ぴょんぴょん寒さ対策」 寒い日は、食べ物が少ないので、できるだけ動きを控え、じっとしてエネルギーを温存します。しかし、「動けばポカポカするの！」とぴょんぴょん跳ねて体を温める工夫も忘れません。雪の上に残った草を見つけると、慎重に食べながら暖をとります。

クーちゃんの「どっしり快適ベアライフ」 暑い日は川に入ってゆったり過ごし、「水の中が一番だ」と気持ちよさそうにプカプカ。時折、涼しい森へ移動しながら暑さを避ける工夫をします。気温が下がると、冬眠の準備。「寒い季節はゆっくり眠る」と大きく伸びをして巣穴に入ります。

今日5月14日は、温度計の日。それぞれの快適な過ごし方を紹介して、楽しい一日を過ごしました。



Forest Temperature Masters! The Animals' Cozy Life

Ricky the Squirrel, U-chan the Rabbit, and Koo-chan the Bear are very sensitive to temperature.

Ricky's "Cool Nut Retreat" Ricky is a genius at finding cool spots on hot days. Under his favorite big tree, he waves a large leaf like a fan, making a gentle breeze. He dips acorns into the cool stream to make a refreshing snack. "Cool and tasty nuts—this is the best!" he says, enjoying the chilly crunch.

U-chan's "Bouncy Warm-Up Plan" Cold days are tricky because food is hard to find. U-chan tries to stay still to save energy. But she also knows a special trick—"Jumping keeps me warm!" she exclaims, hopping on the snow to warm up. She carefully nibbles on the dried grass she finds under the snow, feeling cozy as she eats.

Koo-chan's "Relaxed Bear Comfort" On hot days, Koo-chan floats in the river, enjoying the cool water. "This is the best place!" he sighs happily. Sometimes, he moves to the deep forest for shade. As the temperature drops, he prepares for hibernation. "Cold days are for sleeping!" he stretches and slowly curls up in his cozy den.
