(The original blog in Japanese is here. 「小さな応援歌」)
Charge removal means removing electricity from the body, and you can do this by touching a static elimination plate at a gas station or other place.
Targeted individuals who have experienced electromagnetic wave harassment say that people who are harassed by electromagnetic waves should remove charge and ground themselves. I also think that this is correct from my experience.
There is an earthing hole under the outlet of a washing machine or refrigerator. You can connect a copper wire from here and use it. A copper wire extends from the earthing port to the ground, and a copper rod is stuck into the ground, and electromagnetic waves flow into the ground.
You can eliminate static electricity by touching the copper wire attached to the earthing port.
In addition, in YouTube videos, although it is not electromagnetic waves that are received as harassment, methods of earthing are introduced as a general countermeasure against electromagnetic waves and to eliminate static electricity from the body. A method of connecting to the negative pole of an outlet is also introduced, and I have tried it.
A two-hole outlet has a positive pole and a negative pole, and no electricity flows through the negative pole. This can be used for earthing. However, it is electricity, so I think you need to be careful.(Japanese outlet is 2 hole )
When I talked to my acquaintance, he said, "It's scary if it shorts out." Also, it's terrible if you accidentally connect it to the positive pole.
If you look closely at the holes in an outlet, you can see that there are long and short holes. When you check with a voltage tester, it seems that the short hole is the positive pole. However, this is not always the case, so it's best to check before using it.
When I checked in the hotel room, it was the other way around. Maybe the cleaning staff bumped into it and put the cap on the wrong way by mistake. If I had plugged it in thinking that the longer one was the negative pole, it would have been terrible.
There is also a possibility that the offending organization will replace it. I think it would be best to check with a voltage tester.
(Note later: Experts do not recommend this method. They say that due to the structure of the wire arrangement, it does not have the same effect as earthing. It is also dangerous.)
Another effective method for earthing is water pipes. Water pipes are metal pipes that extend underground down to the ground, so it seems that you can remove static electricity by touching them. I connect copper wire to the water pipes and extend them to the place where I use them. Even if a water faucet looks like metal, it may not be metal, i.e. it may be plastic, so the base is safe.(later added;Recently, many water pipes are made of PVC,not metal.)
Earthing comes from "earth" or "ground," but it's also good to stand on the ground barefoot. The rubber soles of shoes prevent static electricity from being removed. You may also be able to stand on the ground in socks. If you sweat and get a little damp, your socks will conduct electricity. You can remove static electricity through damp socks to the ground. It seems that touching a large tree is also good. Being in nature is probably good.
It seems that you can remove charge to some extent not just on the ground but also on the floor. I think that wood, concrete, and carpet all had some effect. I attached a copper wire around my neck and put it on a wooden floor (my room is on the third floor), and it relieved me of the hay fever symptoms caused by electromagnetic waves.
I think it's better not to wear slippers when you're in a room. You can remove static electricity from your feet.
Also, the plugs of home appliances can be used to remove static electricity. Unplug them from the outlet. And turn on the appliances themselves. Then the appliance seems to try to absorb the electricity and electromagnetic waves. I recommend you try it.
You can wear it on your body, or hold it in the direction where you think the electromagnetic waves are coming. I think it's effective.

Rechargeable batteries are also effective for static electricity removal. I think it's better if they're not charged. The image is that the battery tries to absorb electricity. I only have a subjective image of why it's effective, and I don't really know the exact theory or reason.

Electronic memory such as SD cards and external hard drives for PCs also seem to be effective. I don't really know the reason for this either. I think it's because they are devices that try to take in electronic information. I don't know the theory, but it's certainly effective.

Smartphone batteries are also effective. You can attach the metal end of the cable to your body or hold it in the direction where the electromagnetic waves are coming.
There are many devices around us that can neutralize electromagnetic waves like this, and some are free, so I think it's a good idea to use them.
If you don't mind spending money, there are a variety of products for protecting against electromagnetic waves. If you search online you will find many products for sale, and they are fairly effective.
I think it's a good idea to use a variety of products in combination.

Not for away, I plan to change the post date to the original post date.
Due to the discontinuation of the goo blog service, I am in the process of moving to Ameba Blog. I have opened a blog with the name of "A Little Cheering Song" Please use this site from now on.
