2020年になったばかりだと思っていましたが
もう２月も終わりですね…
通常は28日までだけど今年はうるう年
ということで…うるう年を英語で☆


🕑 I was born on Leap day.
　私は２月２９日生まれなの

🕣 The year 2020 is a leap year.
　2020年はうるう年です

🕓 Leap year comes around every four years.
　うるう年は４年に１度きます

諸説あるようですが…
通常は１年＝365日＝52週＋１日
この＋１日はナニ？
それは…
地球が正確に365日かけて公転したら生じる微妙な時間のズレ
だそう…
なので翌年の同じ日は曜日が１つずれる(leap＝跳ねる・跳ぶ)
ということのようです

またまたですが… glee グリー ご存知ですか？

意味を調べると…「大喜び・歓喜・
（無伴奏の３部またはそれ以上からなる）簡単な男性の合唱曲」

2009年から2015年に放送されたアメリカのドラマシリーズ
舞台はオハイオ州の高校の合唱部（グリークラブ）
イケてない高校生たちが色んな問題や困難、コンプレックスに悩み
成長していくミュージカルコメディ

グリークラブを優勝へと導く Matthew Morrison 演じる Will
激しい性格でWillとグリー部に嫌がらせする Sue Sylvester
自尊心が強いスターを夢見る Rachel Berry と付合い始める

まだまだメインキャラクターはいますが、みんな個性的で
何かしらコンプレックスや悩みを抱えながら、それでも

幅広いジャンルからの名曲をカバーしているのも見どころ♪
