All of us, the believers in Christ
Should be His overcomes
His mighty ones to match
The unique Mighty One
To fight the Antichrist

We need to exercise and
Prepare ourselves through
The following practices

1. Call on the name of the Lord
This is the most basic
And simplest way to
Exercise our spirit
The first thing you should do
In the morning everyday
When you open up your eyes
Is just to call on Lord's name

2. Pray-reading His word as the Spirit
In the Scripture, Lord says that
All the words I give to you are the Spirit
we not only need to read the word
But also need to learn to
Pray to Him with His word
The Bible is actually
A book of prayers

3. Praying unceasingly
We need to turn to Lord everyday
Pray to Him everyday
He is the treasurable One
Without Him
Our life is just nothing

4. Not quenching the Spirit
But fanning the spirit into flame
Do pay heed to your spirit
The most terrible thing is
The death in our spirit

5. Not despising but
respecting prophesying
Prophesying is important
It is speaking Christ
Speaking forth Christ

Hey saints
Let us do the above
Five practices

Let us take heed to outer spirit

Let us all be the overcomers

Oh Lord Jesus
Strengthen us
Cone into us
Make your home in us
Teach us how to be with you
How to love you
Amen!
