Japanese self guarding military

Yesterday I went to watch military training near Mt.Fuji with my son which is held anualy for training with actual gun shooting.
There shows many kind of japanese military's deployment tank ,long distans guns, missiles.

Cool !

Japanese transportation is cool ! Time acuracy is quite high.

I went to Shizuoka Prefecture today to atend a funeral ceremony of my coleague's father. I must get on 4 trains and 1 bus. I got on a bus first near my home, the bus came to bus stop 2 minute later than time table. It is acceptable as a bus schedule.
I got on 4 trains to go there , all of trains came to station just on time ,difference seems within 1 minute. Before I left home ,I printed out time scedule from nearest station to target station by getting information on internet. I could not check the difference within 1 minute because my watch is not adjusted by second. So I can say only that the train time accuracy +was not beyond one minute .

Some of the other countries is same level but almost countries are not correct about time.

I know japanese transportation system is cool. Ithink it is a charactor of japanese people.

family's day

Yesterday we held a event for our employee and thier family at techno center where are so many construction machine for demonstration.
After short briefing at meeting room, we moved to demonstration room where we can watch many kind of our company's products like dump truck , wheel loader,bulldozer,power shovel,,,
Usualy such demonstration is watched by customer or distributer but I asked it for our employee of our division.

Our division's mission is electrical component R&D and prodcuction,so some of our staff can not touch and drive the construcion machine, I think it is a good chance to goto techno center and touch and drive with family.

It was more than my thought that employee and their family were so glad to get on 60 ton or 75 ton dump truck.

We are in a golden week.

From end week of April until first week of May, we can get long term off days. we Japanese call it golden week.

There are some national holidays like children's day, green day( environmental day), constitution day etc.
Additionaly factory want to take off days continuously for the machine efficiency. Our factory made totaly 9 days off. from 28th on April to 6th on May.

I will goto golf 3 times. Also I will goto our company's tehno center where we can get on construction machines. I made a plan to invite our employee and their family to understand our job and our products.
Some of our employee do not know our products( construction machine).

Today my highschool will play baseball ro the fainal game on springtime tournamant. I will go to Tokyo and enjoy it.

It's the best seaon ,everything is vivid.

Time of Sakura(cherry blossom) had gone ,but almost trees have new shoot. I went chiba area to play golf with many of my old friends who were the member of my high school brass symphony band. all people excep one were older than me. Oldest is more than 70 years old. I enjoyed playing golf so much. This golf is held 2 times in a year since 20 years ago.

A person was waiting for us who was the manager of the restaurant of the gof course. I happen to know he was the manager of that restaurant when I attended the old boy meeting the the high school.

I promised him to play golf in the near future.
