マロングラッセ（ブロークン）

マロングラッセのブロークンタイプが販売されているんですね～初めて知りました。。。　
知らなかった私のために、友人が買って来てくれました。

「うわ～ほんとだ！ブロークンだ～！」　・・・という訳で記念撮影！パチリ　
ブロークンタイプは、マロングラッセの製造過程で形が壊れたものだそう・・・
大きさも大小様々、形も不揃い、それがまた楽しい！
お味は全く問題なく、美味しいマロングラッセでした～～

These are broken marrons glaces shape breaks during manufacturing the marrons glaces. These are irregular in size and not very shapely but taste good!

なんて穏やかな、気持ちのいい朝なんでしょう～
まだ少し空気は冷たいけれど、爽やかに晴れ渡りすがすがしい朝です

今日からゴールデンウイーク突入！
朝の満員電車からも、しばし解放です

・・・と言っても、人ごみが超苦手な私は、近場で過ごそう。。。

お持ち帰りの仕事も山程あるけれど、、、
ショッピングをしたり、美味しい物食べたり、時にはまったり＆ゆったりと・・・
　心にも栄養をあげよう

ここ最近、私を悩ませてきた口内炎や口角炎
休み中に治って欲しいなぁ～

It is clears up! What a pleasant morning today!
Golden Week started today. I dont like crowded places, so I want to go shopping, to eat dinner etc... with my friend in the nealy place.
I was annoyed by the stomatitis and the angular cheilosis recently. I want to recover it completely in this holidays.

てこね寿司

伊勢の名物料理の一つ、”てこね寿司”。漁師料理だそうです。
鰹の刺身を醤油だれに漬け込み、酢飯の上にのせたお料理。　ほんのり甘い酢飯の上に、甘辛い醤油だれがからんだプリプリの鰹がたっぷり・・・
美味しかった～
また食べに行きたいなぁ～

"Tekone-sushi" is the specialty of the Ise region. It is one of the fisherman dishes. Slices of raw fish of the bonito soaks it to soy sauce are put on seasoned rice. It was really delicious! I want to go to Ise to eat "Tekone-sushi" again.

アロマクリームを作りました～！

今回は、小さな切り傷や擦り傷、蚊に刺されたときの痒み止めにも使えるクリーム。
殺菌消毒作用のある、ティートリー、ラベンダー、ゼラニウム、3種類の精油を使用

　　　　　　　”材料”

　　　　　　　蜜ろう　3g
　　　　　　　ホホバオイル　20cc
　　　　　　　精油（3～4種類）15滴
　　　　　　　30cc容器
　　　　　　　ガラスビーカー（耐熱容器）
　　　　　　　ホットプレート
　　　　　　　割りばしor竹串（混ぜるために使用）

　１．ガラスビーカーに蜜ろうを入れ、ホットプレート（保温80°位）で溶かす
　２．そこへホホバオイルを入れ、密ろうと混ぜ合わせる
　３．密ろうとホホバオイルがよく混ざったら、空容器に流し入れ、
　　　好みの精油15滴を加えて混ぜる
　４．混ぜるときに、容器ごと机にトントンと打ちつけて空気抜きをする
　５．完全に冷めてからフタをする
　６．完成～　（保存期間は2ヵ月程度）

I made the aroma cream. This cream can be used for the small cut, scratch and an itch. I used three essential oils act as the sterilization and disinfection. The wax filled in the glass beaker on the hot plate and jojoba oil is mixed. Some essential oils are put in by 15 drops in there and waited to harden.

昨日から始まった会社の新企画
なんとかかんとか、、、一日目が無事に終わった

でも、時間配分や段取りなど、改善しなければいけない問題点が沢山あった
この企画はこれから毎週夏まで続き、そして秋からまた再スタートする


毎回、小さな問題点は出てくるだろうけど、少しづつでも良い方向に向かっていけるように頑張ろう

　　P.S. 何はともあれ、昨夜のビールは格別に美味しかった

The new project of the company started yesterday. I managed to carry out the project yesterday. However, there were a lot of points to have to improve the distribution at time and arrangements, etc. This project continues until the summer every week. And, it restarts again in autumn. Every time, some small problems might come out. I want to work hard this project can improve it even little by little.

会社の新企画がいよいよ今日から始まる

私にはこの企画を順調に進めなければいけない責任がある
　・・・一生懸命にやるだけだ・・・

最近は夜中によく目が覚める
未だに不安は拭えないけれど、、、

　やれるだけの事をしっかりやろう！
アマンさんが教えてくれたおまじない

　　”わたしはツイている”　そして　”わたしには出来る”
　　　　　　　　　　・・・を繰り返しながら。。。

The new project of the company starts today at last.
I have the responsibility to which this project should be made to succeed.
I can do nothing but do hard. I wake up often in the night recently.
I still feel uneasy about this project.
However, I want to work hard and do my best!

謹製カール 海苔味

明治製菓カールの海苔味。
　”海苔の佃煮味”です。

甘辛い海苔の佃煮味は美味しいんだけど、ちょっと飽きちゃうなあ・・・
私はやっぱり、"チーズ味"カールが好きだな～

This is a "seaweed taste" of curl. The taste like the laver boiled down in soy. However, it is a taste in which it gets tired a little. I like curl of the cheese taste more.

故郷

海と山がとても美しい港町
　・・・って言うか、かなり田舎です。。。　

町全体が森林浴みたいで、のんびりです～　
海　見に行きたいなぁ～

This is my hometown. There are very beautiful sea and mountain in my hometown. In short, it is considerably the countryside. We can relax so much. I want to go to the seaside.

大阪京橋駅近くにある、お気に入りのお店。
　　　”旬ごはん　ほどほど ”

旬の魚や野菜料理が美味しい、小さなお店です。
焼酎や日本酒の種類も豊富で、お料理や好みに合ったお酒をchoiceしてくれます。

先日、このお店でプチ同窓会を開催！
数種類の芋焼酎を楽しみました
その時いただいた、美味しいお料理たちがこちら。ずら～っ

食べ過ぎだろう。。。

We held the alumni association in this Japanese-style restaurant the other day. Here is my favorite restaurant. Here, fish and vegetable dishes in season are very delicious. These are potographs of the dishes at that time. It was an overeating!


お通し；　ほたるいかや菜の花、筍など、季節感あふれるお通しです。


お造り盛り合わせ；　鯛、ウニ、ぼたんえび、平目、ナントカ鮫・・・プリプリ、こりこりです　お塩とお醤油でいただきます。


なすとウリの浅漬け；　さくさくの浅漬け、美味しいです


スナップえんどう；　甘～い！


ぼたんえびの頭から揚げ；　香りが最高！香ばしい～


のどくろ塩焼き；　初めて食べたかも？甘みがあって美味しかった。


ヤングコーンとそら豆；　サヤまで食べれる！旬野菜最高

雨の降る日に

ポツリポツリ・・・雨が降り出した
いつもならがっかりする雨
でも、今日の雨はあたたかい
新緑を優しく濡らす恵みの雨だね

　時には、静かな雨音に耳を傾けてみるのもいい。。。

It began to sprinkle with rain. I am disappointed whenever its rains.
However, todays rain is warm. It is a blessed rain to wet the fresh green. Lets enjoy the sound of quiet falling rain today.
