きょうの潮流

裁判官、検察官、弁護士。法廷にいる法律家は、それぞれバッジをつけています
▼裁判官のバッジは、八咫（やた）の鏡に「裁」の字をあしらいます。天照大神の岩戸隠れの神話にでてくる鏡を、真実を映す鏡と見立て、裁判の公正を表すそうです。
弁護士バッジは、女神がもつ天びんの周りを金色のヒマワリの花びらが囲みます
▼天びんは公正平等の、ヒマワリは自由と正義を求める姿の象徴といいます。さて、いま注目の検察官。真ん中に紅の朝日、周りにキクの白い花と金色の葉。「秋霜烈日」のバッジ、ともよばれています
▼朝日は夏の照りつける日差しを、キクの白は秋の霜を思い起こさせるからです。どちらもきびしく、検察官の責任と刑罰のきびしさを物語る、といいます。きびしい刑罰を求める仕事だからこそ、身をひきしめ厳正に。
しかし、大阪地検特捜部の検事は、バッジをなんと心得ていたのでしょう▼郵便の障害者割引の悪用事件を捜査していた検事は、証拠隠滅の疑いで逮捕されました。押収したフロッピーディスク内の文書を書き換えていた―。自分たちが描いた筋書きにそって事実をねじまげ、無実の容疑者を陥れていたとすれば、背筋が寒くなります
▼検察官は、ほかの公務員と違い“一人ひとりが官庁”とされます。捜査や裁判で、個人の権限が大きい。と同時に、独立した職権をもつ裁判官と違い、検察庁という役所で上司の指揮をうけます。
検察全体はどうなっているのか、烈日のもとにさらしてみてはどうでしょう。

あっちゃ～ぱ～、脳の中心海馬のちょっと前に２度目の脳梗塞。一度目の脳梗塞は視力の障害かぁ。よく、生きているもんだぁ。３度目の梗塞で死ねるかぁ。
やっぱ、宮崎は、知ってる者が沢山、沢山。高校生だった君、今では６５になって行く。雨上がりの今日は、風が強いねぇ。竹の木、楠、杉の木。雲が流れる～岡の上～。日射しサンサン。もうすぐお昼ご飯。山桜の花かなぁ。

３月１１日、まだ、生きている。１１月で、ようやく６５。朝、ごはん。昼、ごはん。おやつ。夕、ご飯。一日、一日、そうして一日。明るい陽射し。これから、人の助けを戴いて、生きて行こう。

That [ Which Defiles ]
The Pharisees and some of the teachers of the law [ who had come from Jerusalem ] gathered around Jesus and saw [ some of his disciples eating food with hands { that were defiled, that is, unwashed } ]. (The Pharisees and all the Jews do not eat [ unless they give their hands a ceremonial { washing }, { holding to the tradition of the elders } ]. [ When they come from the marketplace ] they do not eat [ unless they wash ]. And they observe many other traditions, such as the [ washing ] of cups, pitchers and kettles.
So the Pharisees and teachers of the law asked Jesus, “Why don’t your disciples live [ according to the tradition of the elders instead of { eating their food with ( defiled ) hands } ]?”
He replied, “Isaiah was right [ when he prophesied about you hypocrites; { as it is written } ]:
“‘These people honor me with their lips,
but their hearts are far from me.
They worship me in vain;
their [ teachings ] are merely human rules.’
You have [ let go of the commands of God ] and are holding on to human traditions.”
And he continued, “You have a fine way of [ setting aside the commands of God in order { to observe your own traditions } ]! For Moses said, ‘Honor your father and mother,’ and,
‘Anyone [ who curses their father or mother ] is to be put to death.’
But you say [ that { if anyone declares ( that ( what might have been used ( to help their father or mother ) ) is Corban that is, devoted to God) }— then you no longer let { them do anything for their father or mother } ]. Thus you nullify the word of God by your tradition [ that you have handed down ]. And you do many things like that.”
Again Jesus called the crowd to him and said, “Listen to me, everyone, and understand this. Nothing outside a person can defile them by [ going into them ]. Rather, it is [ what comes out of a person ] [ that defiles them ].” [ After he had left the crowd and entered the house ], his disciples asked him about this parable. “Are you so dull?” he asked. “Don’t you see [ that nothing { that enters a person from the outside } can defile them ]? For it doesn’t go into their heart but into their stomach, and then out of the body.” (In [ saying this ], Jesus declared [ all foods (to be) clean ].)
He went on: “[ What comes out of a person ] is [ what defiles them ]. For it is from within, out of a person’s heart, [ that evil thoughts come ]—sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. All these evils come from inside and defile a person.”
Jesus Honors a Syrophoenician Woman’s Faith
Jesus left that place and went to the vicinity of Tyre. He entered a house and did not want [ anyone to know it ]; yet he could not keep his presence secret. In fact, [ as soon as she heard about him ], a woman [ whose little daughter was possessed by an impure spirit ] came and fell at his feet. The woman was a Greek, (being) born in Syrian Phoenicia. She begged [ Jesus to drive the demon out of her daughter ].
“First let [ the children eat all { they want } ],” he told her, “for it is not right [ to take the children’s bread and toss it to the dogs ].”
“Lord,” she replied, “even the dogs under the table eat the children’s crumbs.”
Then he told her, “For such a reply, you may go; the demon has left your daughter.”
She went home and found [ her child lying on the bed, and the demon gone ].
Jesus Heals a Deaf and Mute Man
Then Jesus left the vicinity of Tyre and went through Sidon, down to the Sea of Galilee and into the region of the Decapolis. There some people brought to him a man [ who was deaf and could hardly talk ], and they begged Jesus [ to place his hand on him ].
[ After he took him aside, away from the crowd ], Jesus put his fingers into the man’s ears. Then he spit and touched the man’s tongue. He looked up to heaven and with a deep sigh said to him, “Ephphatha!” ([ which means ] “Be opened!”). At this, the man’s ears were opened, his tongue was loosened and he began [ to speak plainly ].
Jesus commanded them [ not to tell anyone ]. But [ the more he did so ], the more they kept [ talking about it ]. People were overwhelmed with amazement. “He has done everything well,” they said. “He even makes [ the deaf hear and the mute speak ].”

7:1さて、パリサイ人と、ある律法学者たちとが、エルサレムからきて、イエスのもとに集まった。 7:2そして弟子たちのうちに、不浄な手、すなわち洗わない手で、パンを食べている者があるのを見た。 7:3もともと、パリサイ人をはじめユダヤ人はみな、昔の人の言伝えをかたく守って、念入りに手を洗ってからでないと、食事をしない。 7:4また市場から帰ったときには、身を清めてからでないと、食事をせず、なおそのほかにも、杯、鉢、銅器を洗うことなど、昔から受けついでかたく守っている事が、たくさんあった。 7:5そこで、パリサイ人と律法学者たちとは、イエスに尋ねた、「なぜ、あなたの弟子たちは、昔の人の言伝えに従って歩まないで、不浄な手でパンを食べるのですか」。 7:6イエスは言われた、「イザヤは、あなたがた偽善者について、こう書いているが、それは適切な預言である、
『この民は、口さきではわたしを敬うが、
その心はわたしから遠く離れている。
7:7人間のいましめを教として教え、
無意味にわたしを拝んでいる』。
7:8あなたがたは、神のいましめをさしおいて、人間の言伝えを固執している」。 7:9また、言われた、「あなたがたは、自分たちの言伝えを守るために、よくも神のいましめを捨てたものだ。 7:10モーセは言ったではないか、『父と母とを敬え』、また『父または母をののしる者は、必ず死に定められる』と。 7:11それだのに、あなたがたは、もし人が父または母にむかって、あなたに差上げるはずのこのものはコルバン、すなわち、供え物ですと言えば、それでよいとして、 7:12その人は父母に対して、もう何もしないで済むのだと言っている。 7:13こうしてあなたがたは、自分たちが受けついだ言伝えによって、神の言を無にしている。また、このような事をしばしばおこなっている」。 7:14それから、イエスは再び群衆を呼び寄せて言われた、「あなたがたはみんな、わたしの言うことを聞いて悟るがよい。 7:15すべて外から人の中にはいって、人をけがしうるものはない。かえって、人の中から出てくるものが、人をけがすのである。〔 7:16聞く耳のある者は聞くがよい〕」。その心はわたしから遠く離れている。
7:7人間のいましめを教として教え、
無意味にわたしを拝んでいる』。
7:17イエスが群衆を離れて家にはいられると、弟子たちはこの譬について尋ねた。 7:18すると、言われた、「あなたがたも、そんなに鈍いのか。すべて、外から人の中にはいって来るものは、人を汚し得ないことが、わからないのか。 7:19それは人の心の中にはいるのではなく、腹の中にはいり、そして、外に出て行くだけである」。イエスはこのように、どんな食物でもきよいものとされた。 7:20さらに言われた、「人から出て来るもの、それが人をけがすのである。 7:21すなわち内部から、人の心の中から、悪い思いが出て来る。不品行、盗み、殺人、 7:22姦淫、貪欲、邪悪、欺き、好色、妬み、誹り、高慢、愚痴。 7:23これらの悪はすべて内部から出てきて、人をけがすのである」。
7:24さて、イエスは、そこを立ち去って、ツロの地方に行かれた。そして、だれにも知れないように、家の中にはいられたが、隠れていることができなかった。 7:25そして、けがれた霊につかれた幼い娘をもつ女が、イエスのことをすぐ聞きつけてきて、その足もとにひれ伏した。 7:26この女はギリシヤ人で、スロ・フェニキヤの生れであった。そして、娘から悪霊を追い出してくださいとお願いした。 7:27イエスは女に言われた、「まず子供たちに十分食べさすべきである。子供たちのパンを取って小犬に投げてやるのは、よろしくない」。 7:28すると、女は答えて言った、「主よ、お言葉どおりです。でも、食卓の下にいる小犬も、子供たちのパンくずは、いただきます」。 7:29そこでイエスは言われた、「その言葉で、じゅうぶんである。お帰りなさい。悪霊は娘から出てしまった」。 7:30そこで、女が家に帰ってみると、その子は床の上に寝ており、悪霊は出てしまっていた。
7:31それから、イエスはまたツロの地方を去り、シドンを経てデカポリス地方を通りぬけ、ガリラヤの海べにこられた。 7:32すると人々は、耳が聞えず口のきけない人を、みもとに連れてきて、手を置いてやっていただきたいとお願いした。 7:33そこで、イエスは彼ひとりを群衆の中から連れ出し、その両耳に指をさし入れ、それから、つばきでその舌を潤し、 7:34天を仰いでため息をつき、その人に「エパタ」と言われた。これは「開けよ」という意味である。 7:35すると彼の耳が開け、その舌のもつれもすぐ解けて、はっきりと話すようになった。 7:36イエスは、この事をだれにも言ってはならぬと、人々に口止めをされたが、口止めをすればするほど、かえって、ますます言いひろめた。 7:37彼らは、ひとかたならず驚いて言った、「このかたのなさった事は、何もかも、すばらしい。耳の聞えない者を聞えるようにしてやり、口のきけない者をきけるようにしておやりになった」。

目が見えない、老人ホームで、横で５０代半ばの人が、洗濯物干しの組み立てをしてくれている。人の助けを受けていることの喜び、この感謝の気持ちを、品物にして表そう。
