Dali Yes. But unfortunately, we never treated them as much like family members as I do my present dog, Taro. For example, the dogs were never allowed inside the house. In summer and spring, they were kept outside in the yard, on a chain, with a small house. In the cold winter months, they were allowed into a heated garage to protect them from the horrible conditions outside. Here, we were forced to treat them this way due to the strictures put in place by my despicable father.

I know that Dali loves Taro much more than he does Reiko, his wife. I also love Kazumi, my Chihuahua, but she doesn’t seem to like me as much as I like her.
