T-pattern algorithms.
The people who produced this package are familiar with the
Stata add-ons for optimal matching or adaptation of
genetic algorithms producing packages such as
ClustalG, or the other innovative sequence analysis
work presently going on in the time use community.
Interestingly, though, this package does seem designed
for use with visual observation data, and adapts
animal behaviour research models, so does cover some
ground not presently used in time use research as most
