昔の修道僧が履いてた靴のフォルムに似ているので一般的にモンク（修道士）ストラップと呼ばれてます。
中世ヨーロッパの修道士を描いた絵とかみてますと、確かに大きなバックル付の靴を履いております。靴の形としては、かなり古いものなんですね。バックルはモダンなものですと小さめでスマートなモデルが一般的なようですが、チャーチのはかなりトラッドな大型のバックルです。ブラックというのが個人的にはツボなのですが、皮などいっさい巻いておらず、ソリッドなプラスチックというのがいかにも無骨なチャーチらしいですねぇ。ゴールドのバックルのモデルもありますが、これは金属製なんでしょうか、流石にメッキということもないかと思いますが、どなたかお持ちの方いたら教えてください。Dウィズなのでかなりタイトで、履く時に空気が抜ける音がするのはこの靴だけですね。チャーチ独特のブックバインダーカーフも靴の個性とあっていてよいと思います。70年代のデッドストックでしたが、ソールとアッパーの縫い目がほつれてしまっていたので、ユニオンワークスで縫い直してもらいました。旧い靴は結構このようなことがあるので、修理前提という位おおらかな気持ちで購入した方がよいかと思いますです。。

Since these shoes resemble the form of the shoes which the old canon regular had worn, they are generally called the monkstrap.
If the picture which drew the monk of Europe medieval times is seen, I will have worn the shoes to which the buckle big to be sure was attached.
As a form of shoes, it is quite old.
Although it seems that a model more smallish [ the buckle of the latest complaint matter gangway ladder ] and smart is common, that of a church is a quite trad large-sized buckle.
Seemingly although Black is liking individually, no skin is rolled but the solid product made from a plastic is a truly rough church.
Although I have a feeling that this will be metal or is not plating truly although there is also a model of the buckle of gold, if the more familiar one comes, please let me know.
Since it is the D Wiz, it is quite tight, and when wearing, it is only these shoes that there is in sound from which air escapes.
I think that the bookbinder calfskin peculiar to a church may also suit the individuality of shoes.
Although it was a dead stock of the 70s, since the stitch of a sole and an upper was frayed, I rehad you sew by UNION WORKS.
Since old shoes have such a thing, I think whether it is better to purchase in a generous feeling to the extent that it is called a repair premise.
