Plunk　：１．５ ＋０．５＝２ minutes


I have been able to keep smoke-free for thirteen
years and one hundred and sixty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups
for the two hundred and sixty-fifth consecutive
day including the latest twenty days of 31-time
push-ups.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is perfectly
sunny in Nagoya today with plenty of sunlight.
There are no coulds in the blue skies.
Unfortunately, I felt a bit of pain in my right
calf and now still I'm feeling a little pain.
For this reason, I might be forced to make a
decision to postpone the planned long-distance
walking.
Anyway, I want to observe the situation a little
before making the decision.
