It has been thirteen years and one hundred and
fifty-seven days in a row since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the
two hundred and sixty-first consecutive day
including the most recent sixteen days of 31-
time push-ups.
It has been raining in Nagoya since last night
and actually I feel that it is a little cold rain.
This is no wonder because the current temperature
is around 16.7 degrees, down about 3 degrees from
the temperature at 5 a.m. this morning.
I am wondering if I should use an electric foot
warmer.
Anyway, it must be better to take care not to catch
a cold beforehand than to regret later.
