I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and fifty-five days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the one year and second consecutive
day including the most recent twenty-two days of 22 times of them.
Actually, I feel it's a littl warmer than usual.
The temperature in Nagoya is now over 8 degrees, which means it must be pretty cold,
but actually severe cold days had continued for several days, and so, even eight-
degree day may make me feel warm.....that's interesting.
However, weather ladies say it will get much colder next Monday with possible snowfall.
I have to survive, anyway........and you, too.
