食事録のつづきです。
Food diary again
これは相方が実家に帰っている時に
私が代わって付けたものです。
「片手鍋復活」とあるのは 私は若い頃
食器を洗う手間を省くため 器などに移さずに
調理した鍋でそのまま食べていた習慣を
一人生活でまた始めたという次第です。
I wrote them down instead of my partner while she was out of town.
When I was young and lived on my own, I ate cooked food directly from a pot
not using any plate for saving labor.
During her absence, I brought back this “ Pot-to-Mouth” way.
朝・昼・晩と全部鍋ごと食べています！
Three times of “ Pot- to- Mouth” every day!
相方が書くのは多くは夜遅く ほろ酔いで付けるので
まったく読めない日がたまにあります。
本人も解読不明なので 記録としては甚だ頼りないものです。
Ordinarily, she puts it down late at night, and gets tipsy, so it can hardly make out
what it says, even herself!
これはお正月に子供の友人達が集まって「闇鍋」をした記録です。
中身の記述を見ても判ると思いますが
（昆布で編んだお下げ髪なんてのも入っています...）
最後に蓋を開けるまで 何が入っているか想像のつかない
面白くて恐ろしい「闇鍋」
お正月だけでなく ５月のバーベキューにもやるのですが
その辺のお話は後日いたします。
とまぁ長々と書いてきましたが
この食事録... 何の役にも立ちそうにありませんが
多分これからも相方とバトルしながら付け続けると思います。
We used to throw parties and many friends of our kids' got together
in new years time. We often enjoyed “Yami-Nabe”*, this is its record.
Anyway, not that it’ll do any good but we’ll keep doing having a quarrel.
* Yami-Nabe means One- Pot in the dark…
Members bring one ingredient, if we have 11 members, 11 different ingredients are
supposed to be put into the pot in which soy sauce based soup stock is prepared.
It is done in the dark living room so no one knows who brought what except a caretaker.
After it is cooked,the caretaker turn on the light in the room and uncover the pot.
You never know what taste it is. It is really fun!
