“ぼんち揚げ”と“歌舞伎揚げ”

年末の12月30日、「秘密のケンミンSHOW」で“ぼんち揚げ”と“歌舞伎揚げ”の違いを放送していました。

大阪では、揚げせんべいと言えば「歌舞伎揚」ではなく「ぼんち揚」が定番と言っていました。

広島ではどんな名前だったか？憶えていませんけど、気になったのでどっちも買ってみました。
