Have you ever seen "Kazari Hagoita"?
"Hagoita" is originally a racket of "Hanetsuki",Japanese traditional game like badminton.
Children has played "Hanetsuki" at New Years Day in Japan.
From Edo piriod "Hagoita" became a New Year's decoration for good luck!
It's called "Kazari Hagoita".
Japanese people beleve "Hagoika" prtects girls from evil, so sometimes present for baby girl on first New Year's Day.
In december, "Kazari Hagoita" designed famous persons who became the topic in this year become national news every year!
Let's make a "Kazari Hagoita" with artificial flowers by yourselves and decorate it for your good luck of new year!
*This class is held in English, Korean, and of course in Japanese.

10:00~11:30AM, Saturday Dec. 10th (2nd Saturday of each month)
*Assemble at the entrance at Jiyugaoka Bunkakyoushitu at 9:50AM, the class will start at 10:00AM sharp.

◆ Participation Fee: 5,200Yen (including flowers fee and tools rental fee) | Max up to 5 | (*after 5th person to register will be placed on a waiting list and we will contact you if there are any cancellations)
