Time Management

I'm not good at managing time schdule.
In fact I am frequently under pressure to meet a deadline.
In other words,I work better when I am forced to meet a deadline.

Of cource I know the importance of a deadline and would like to manage a schedule on time.
However it is difficult for me to keep my motivation high before deadline.


I know that how to keep my motivation high is to creat or challenge new things.

I should become a highly-motivated person.
