The New Sakai River Bank ( 新境川堤）in Kagamihara City.Gifu Prefecture.Japan./ The Naw Sakaigawa River Bank is located to the west of the Kagamihara City Hall. The New Sakai River Bank are 1.200 yoshino cherry trees along both the sides of the New Sakai River.
