春が来た。四月に入ってからも、寒い冬のゆり戻しのような昨日今日だったけれど、昼過ぎの陽気に誘われて、花見を兼ねて散歩に出た。暑くもなく寒くもない。明日あさっては、花の寺もきっと多くの人出だろうと、おばさんたちが立ち話をしていた。
今年も忘れることなく、桜も花を咲かせる。冬の冷たい空の下で枯れ木のようだった幹の中から、まるでマジックのように、華やかな花々を湧き出させる。まさしく生命の復活そのもの。人知を超える自然の摂理にはいつもながら驚嘆する。
