The Disaster Victim Support Team organized by the Japanese Government has announced that the total number of the East Japan disaster refugees have decreased to 99236 people. Compared to the last investigation held on 16 June, there are now 7115 less people in evacuation centres, and in total 13169 people have left those centres. However, the number of people who have moved to emergency portable housing is not included in this investigation.
