彼がハワイで弁護士なのにそんな入れ墨やっちゃういいのかな？

Darren practises law in Hawaii so I hope his tattoos don't get him into trouble.

でも心に入ってるものだから死ぬまで体に消えないもの入れたかったらしい。

But these tattoos are something in his heart so he wanted to put on his body which he will take to his death.
