Attempting to dissolve oxygen gas components by aerating water that needs treatment with air will have the opposite effect.
Oxygen gas components will be naturally supplied by simply releasing the dissolved nitrogen gas and carbon dioxide gas components from the water.
Using this method, the DO of wastewater can be increased to 6 mg/L or more in one pass.
Furthermore, by using this method, it is possible to raise DO to 30 mg/L or more in one pass using only air components, even at a depth of 30 m in a dam lake.

The liquid supplied to the saturated water generator becomes a large amount of liquid bubbles, forming a thin liquid film.
The breeding water from the aquaculture farm also turns into surface water with bubbles, allowing it to contain an abundance of oxygen.
Even if the DO level of the water discharged from a sewage treatment plant is 0 mg/L and the water temperature is over 30°C, the DO will rise to 6.3 mg/L due to the air content alone after passing through the device once.

A saturated water generator was placed in the surface waters of a public wastewater treatment plant and put into operation. The dissolved oxygen level was able to be raised from DO 0.2-0.3 mg/L to around DO 6.0 in a single pass.
The amount of dissolved oxygen was measured in two places. One was where the treated water came out of the saturated water generator, and the other was where the treated water was pumped up to the ground and measured in a bucket.

公共下水処理場の表面水域に飽和水生成装置を配置し稼動させた。
溶存酸素量DO0.2~0.3mg/LをワンパスでDO6.0前後に上昇させることができた。
また、酸素の溶存量を測定するDO計を2ヶ所に配置しました。
一つは、飽和水生成装置から処理水が出る部分に直接DO計を配置して測定した。
もう一つは、飽和水生成装置内の処理水をポンプ用いて一旦地上のバケツに組み上げ、バケツ内の処理水をDO計で測定した。
