It has been twelve years and three hundred and fifty-
seven days in a row since I shook off a bad habit of
smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the
ninety-sixth consecutive day including the latest
twenty-one days of 26-time push-ups.
It has been pretty dark with gray clouds covering the
sky, and it looks like it is going to start raining
pretty soon although weather ladies said this morning
that it would be overcast in Nagoya.
The temperature at 9 was 11.6 degrees, up 1.5 degrees
from the same time yesterday, but actually, I feel that
it is much colder today than yesterday.
Perhaps....I need much more sunlight.
