以下の博士論文p166の画像は、
RouteMap4のp18の画像と同一である。
少なくとも，博士論文167ページから169ページまで（5.1.3 "Volatile and Free Metal Retrieval from NEO"と5.1.4 "Gravity-Assisted Maneuvers"）は，ほとんど、http://settlement.arc.nasa.gov/spaceres/IV-2.html（どうも30年も前のNASAのテクニカルレポート・・）の中の文章と同一である。相手先では、"VOLATILE AND FREE METAL RETRIEVAL FROM ASTEROIDS"から始まる部分である。端折ったり、ちょこちょこ細かく置き換えた部分もある。例えば、The 1977 Summer Study projected that 3100 persons could be in high orbit by 1991をThe ATA business plan projects that 100 people could be in HEO in 20 years after the start ofと規模を約1/30に変換し、その後、少し下では、it follows that about 30,000 tons of waterというところで、水の量をそれに合わせて、about 1000 tons of waterと割り算しているだ。
p171の "ATA Asteroid retrieval mission (AARM)"の「Any mission configuration that can achieve the above requirements will suffice. Below is a description of what such a mission could look like. Subsequent missions would maintain similar proportions, but be on a larger scale.」の文章は、"RouteMap4"のp19からの完全コピーである。
p171-172の"Choice of Propulsion System"の「As mentioned earlier,（途中略）, rather than, as is often assumed water.」の文章は、"RouteMap4"のp19-20の文章と同一である。
p172のTable18は、"RouteMap4"のp19-20のTableと同一である。
p172の"5.1.6.2 Mission Requirements"の「The processing equipment will be able to collect, （途中略） , whilst the silicon and metals are stored.」の文章（568文字）は、"Route Map in Word"のp21冒頭の文章からの完全コピーである。
p173のTable19 (ATA-SPIDER Module mission equipments) は、"RouteMap4"のp20-21のTableと同一である。
なお、この博士論文Table19には、「This table is formed with a joint private research with the Space Settlers Scientific Group (author is also a member, ～」という説明がなされている。

JAXAは、存在しない４本の論文については、削除したようですが、存在が確認できる（あるいは未調査？）７つの業績については未だに掲載されたままとなっています。

その掲載されたままとなっている業績の一つに、
S. Anilir: Near Earth Objects (NEO) as Material Resources for future Space Architecture Applications: Proceedings of the International Conference on Environmental Systems, Society of Automobile Engineers (SAE): Vancouver, Canada, July (2003).
という業績があるのですが、
Near Earth Objects (NEO) についての研究は、博士論文においては盗用部分が見つかっていますから、上記JAXA業績も怪しいですね。
また、他の業績全ても十分怪しいです。例えば、AIAAの"The Architecture of Space in 4th Dimension"の発表とか。
JAXAは、残された７つの業績についても再調査が必要なのではないでしょうか？
