"This Draft RFP has been published/released on this Web site on Wednesday April 25, 2007. This Draft RFP is subject to change based on direction and approval from DOE/NNSA, whose consent is required prior to release of the Formal RFP. The estimated Formal RFP release date is five to six weeks from the Draft RFP release date, or sometime during the period of May 30 through June 6, 2007. As we gain more information about the anticipated actual Formal RFP release date, that information will be published on this Web site and e-mail sent to potential offerors who have expressed interest in the TLCC07 Procurement during the market survey phase."
