1) Speak to Miner Welnik at the Druid Ring in Lavastorm (+1030, +500).
2) Gather four ground spawn items from Lavastorm. These respawn in approximately 6 minutes. They are located at:

Chipped Mining Pick: +325, 0
Cracked Mining Pick: +2510, -680
Rusted Mining Pick: +1460, -480
Wobbly Mining Pick: +1520, +900

3) Give the four Mining Picks to Smith Numden in Steamfont (-1720, +840, near Ak'Anon). He will give you a Bundle of Shiny New Picks.
4) Give the Bundle of Shiny New Picks to Miner Welnik in Lavastorm to complete the quest. This will also open up hte Glowing Magma Ring quest.

1) Speak to Miner Welnik after completing the Intricate Tool Belt quest. Ask him about "something extra" to receive the quest.
2) Kill goblins or fire elementals in Solusek's Eye until you have four pieces of Fiery Ore.
3) Give the four pieces of Fiery Ore to Miner Welnik for your reward.
