In the past, oil burette were used to clean & to remove rust, even while doing industrial work. Also penetrating oil was used, wich is known as a low viscosity oil. Nowadays we use penetrating oil spray, but in the past, oil burette has done the job. So this time the restoration project is about a french oil burette. I think it was made in the 60s
