以下の戦略を採った。

旧7帝大に合格が一種の「勝ち組」。
卒業すると、所在地周辺で就職。

2-
そうすると、after-高卒&大卒・人口は、旧7帝大周辺に集中。
残りは、はて。

3-
これを繰り返すとどうなるか。

For example, this is the avarage age of the production of next generation.
The newBorn babies from the year of 1979 lost "6%-highTalented" fraction.

On 2009, this cycle repeated loss-of Squared-"6%-highTalented" fraction.
