12月に入り、もう少しで今年も終わりですね😢最近は毎日が寒く、真冬ですね❄️今日は休みだったのでいわきに遠征して、レスミルズのボディステップに参加しました^_^参加していた他の方からレッスンの後上手ですねと言われ、とても嬉しかったです🎶レスミルズを続けてきて約3年、良かった✌️December started and winter season is coming here⛄️2014 year is going to end soon. I went to Iwaki to join program of Les Mills because I had rest today.🚘I did body step there. After lesson, another partcipant said to me ” you are very good ” I was very happy then😄 I have done Les Mills for about 3 years
