Lose Weight Without Dieting - Eat Like an Animal

Quite the mental picture that conjures up. We say someone eats like an animal when they're not following proper manners. Maybe chewing with their mouth open or taking huge bites or eating quickly and spilling food every where. Check the label for the serving size and you may be surprised again to find it's quite small. So, to be safe, if you see anything listed as hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated, chances are excellent that it has trans fat. Just say no.Fourth, avoid sugar and food stuff that immediately converts to sugar as soon as it enters the body such as white bread or pasta. Sugar is highly processed and comes in many forms.
