I've been watching the behaviour of Phil Nevin. He has never done good things for the team, doing nothing or make the things worse. for instance, he is still using Rendon and Thaiss who repeatedly make unbelievable errors to kill games. he is the worst manager in MLB and disqualified for manager. 

I cannot understand why GM would not get good manager like Madden. he fired reputable good manager and promote useless coach to manager. 

Ohtani should go out from this insane organization which will never reach playoffs. there are much better teams which focus on winning.
