United States Marines on Wednesday arrested on charges of treason one of the four Colorado Supreme Court justices who voted in favor of removing President Donald J. Trump’s name from the state’s 2024 ballot, a source in General Eric M. Smith’s office told Real Raw News.

 

Gen. Smith sent Marines to Colorado after Vice Adm. Crandall compared the court’s 230-page ruling against Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which states that “No person shall … hold any office, civil or military, under the United States … who, having previously taken an oath … as an officer of the United States … to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”

 

As Trump was neither charged with nor convicted of insurrection, Adm. Crandall decreed the court’s prevarication contorted the 14th Amendment’s text to fit an agenda—deny Coloradoans their constitutionally protected right to vote for their candidate of choice, thereby committing treason against the citizens of Colorado and the United States of America. After authoring indictments, the admiral asked Gen. Smith to apprehend the four criminal justices.

 

An intelligence brief, however, revealed that three of the four justices had “vanished” for holiday recess immediately after disqualifying Trump from participating in the 2024 primary. The Marines who arrived in Colorado Wednesday afternoon confirmed the report after establishing surveillance on the homes of Richard Gabriel, Melisssa Hart, Monica Marquez, and William Hood. This quartet said they had “little difficulty” in determining that the events of J6 constituted an insurrection and a rebellion started by President Trump.

 

Of the four, only Justice Monica Marquez, a lesbian and member of the Colorado LGBT Bar Association member, and a Yale Law School graduate, was at her publicly listed residence. Incidentally, she had spoken during “drag queen storytelling hours” at children’s libraries in Aurora and Denver. The other three justices’ homes were dark, deserted, and devoid of movement, the Marines reported to Gen. Smith’s office.

 

“The general wanted to grab all four simultaneously,” our source said, “but he decided one is better than none and instructed the Marines to arrest Marquez. He figured that Deep Staters always return to the crime scene and that he’d get a second chance down the road. You know what they say about the best-laid plans of mice and men.”

 

The Marines, he added, observed Marquez’s dwelling for several hours until an unidentified female, presumably Marquez’s lover, departed the premises. They disabled a wireless alarm system, then breached the front door and stormed inside, confronting a startled Marquez, who shrieked at the top of her lungs, in the kitchen.

 

“I am a state Supreme Court Justice,” she said as the Marines displayed the arrest warrant and put her in handcuffs. “Did Donald Trump send you?”

 

With Marquez subdued, the Marines searched the home and confiscated several electronic devices and two cell phones, one of which, our source said, had photographs of the Trump family, including what appeared to be clandestinely taken shots of Baron and Melania outside a retail store in Palm Beach, Florida.

 

“From the looks of it, someone tailed them and was taking their pictures. Why Marquez wanted these is anyone’s guess right now because she has refused to talk since being taken into custody. We have her at a secure location until she goes to GITMO soon,” our source said.

The internet went crazy last evening when the Colorado Supreme Court—a Deep State body loaded with Demorat justices—ruled that President Donald J. Trump’s name must be stricken from the state’s 2024 ballot, citing a deliberate misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment’s Insurrection Clause.

 

The clause bars from office anyone who swore an oath to “support” the Constitution and then “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against it, and it has been used only a handful of times since the decade after the Civil War. However, no court has leveled insurrection charges against President Trump, let alone found him guilty. Therefore, the unjustifiable ruling was purely a politically motivated assault against Trump, the U.S. Constitution, and Colorado voters. By keeping Trump’s name off the ballot, Colorado’s progressive government will disenfranchise almost six million people.

 

“The Deep State is deathly afraid of Trump,” a Mar-a-Lago source and Trump campaign spokesperson told Real Raw News. “They’ve tried killing Trump more times than I can count, extorting him, blackmailing him, etc. Trump’s defenses are impenetrable. This illegal decision is pure desperation, but do you know what, it hasn’t fazed President Trump—he saw it coming and expected it, irrespective of what the MSM claims.”

 

Within minutes of the decision, the Biden regime’s mouthpiece, the Washington Post, published a fictitious story about how the Colorado Supreme Court’s judgment “rocked” and “shook” the Trump campaign to its foundation, alluding to an imaginary exodus of his campaign staff and advisors. Meanwhile, social media erupted with the force of a long-dormant volcano; Trump’s critics praised the court for delivering Trump a lethal blow, while his supporters rightfully called the court a weaponized appendage of the cabal’s Department of Injustice.

 

As for President Trump’s reaction, he took the news in stride while delivering a speech at a campaign event in Iowa.

 

“President Trump doesn’t get rattled. He doesn’t get nervous. He doesn’t know the meaning of fear. You know what, though, he sees the fear in his enemies’ eyes. The Deep State has thrown every type of pitch at him and he keeps knocking them out of the park,” the source said.

 

He went on to say that Trump had been tipped off to the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision.

 

“Not much escapes the president’s attention. He had advanced knowledge of what would happen, and he prepared responses.”

 

Those responses will include asking the United States Supreme Court to appeal his “cancellation” and the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps to investigate the four Colorado justices who voted in favor of striking his name from the ballot.

 

“We expect Vice Admiral Crandall at JAG will be handing out some indictments soon,” our source said. “President Trump is a master at exposing the traitors, and he’s sacrificed a lot doing it. We should all be thankful he’s on our side. He’s laughing at the Colorado court.”

U.S. Navy JAG investigators on Friday arrested Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger for treason, fulfilling President Donald J. Trump’s January 2021 pledge to hold him accountable for interfering with the 2020 presidential election.

 

 

The arrest, which took place outside Raffensperger’s place of business, stems from allegations that he, a RINO, “buried” Republican votes so Joseph R. Biden would win the state of Georgia.

 

 

On January 2, 2021—18 days before Biden was unlawfully sworn into office—Trump and Raffensperger had an hourlong phone call on which the president asked him to find 11,780 missing Republican votes. The call went public a few days later, and the Biden team and its MSM allies twisted the meaning of Trump’s words, claiming he tried to threaten Raffensperger into manufacturing non-existent votes. Trump’s cautionary message, however, was a final chance for Raffensperger to atone for selling his soul to the Deep State and admit he had disregarded legitimate votes. But a stubborn Raffensberger refused Trump’s generosity and parroted his earlier statement: “There are no votes to find.”

 

 

As Real Raw News reported on January 4, 2021, President Trump and acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen indicted Raffensberger on charges of treason and betrayal of oath of office, vowing he’d eventually rot in the bowels of Guantanamo Bay. But for reasons unclear, the indictment got sealed and placed among voluminous piles of other indictments, where it had lain undisturbed until last week.

 

 

Our source said he does not know what circumstances prompted Vice Admiral Crandall’s staff to unseal Raffensperger’s paperwork last week. Yet the timing coincided with a federal jury ordering Rudy Guiliani to pay over $148 million to two Georgia election workers for claiming, with evidence, they committed ballot fraud (they stuffed ballots into suitcases under a table) in the 2020 presidential election. A Deep State judge and jury colluded to falsely find Guiliani guilty in the defamation suit.

 

 

Regardless, JAG dispatched four investigators to Georgia on Friday to enforce Raffensperger’s damning indictment. According to our source, they waited outside Raffensperger’s office until he left work, then grabbed him, binding his wrists in cuffs, as he approached his vehicle. Raffensperger vehemently protested, saying, “What’s this all about? Who are you? Do you know who I am?” to which an investigator replied, “Doesn’t matter who you are; you’re coming with us,” and showed him a military arrest warrant signed by Vice Adm. Crandall.

 

 

Raffensperger has been taken to a holding facility where he will remain until JAG sends him to GITMO to stand trial.

The U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps on Wednesday convicted and sentenced to death former Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, finding her guilty of treason, defrauding the nation, and conspiracy to commit murder.

 

 

The three-officer panel, two women and a man, reached a verdict after Vice Admiral Darse E. Crandall displayed video of the defendant loitering near and entering a vote “tabulation room” the morning after Election Day, in Maricopa County. The video, part of which leaked online on November 10, 2022, has no audio but shows Hobbs speaking with tabulators, as their lips are clearly moving. The extended cut has Hobbs inspecting paper ballots. She rifles through two stacks, after which an employee carries them into another room and returns to Hobbs’ side emptyhanded.

 

 

After the video fragment leaked online, the MSM and its barking ‘fact-checkers’ spent days refuting claims that Hobbs appeared in the clip, instead insisting the woman in the video was a random person of Hobbs’ general shape and size who also wore glasses identical to a pair worn by Katie Hobbs.

 

 

Vice Admiral Darse E. Crandall explained to the panel that JAG had the video forensically analyzed by both military and independent experts, all of whom agreed that the footage, though grainy and soundless, was irrefutably Hobbs interacting with poll counters and handling ballots—illegal and unethical.

 

 

Meanwhile, Hobbs, who had returned to court ungagged, sat silently at the defense table and wagged her head from side to side, pursing her lips and frowning sullenly as the admiral orated his understanding of the evidence.

 

 

“When the defendant speaks, and she’ll have a chance, she’ll probably tell you that’s not her in the video. She might even say it’s a double or a clone. As far as this commission is concerned, that is the defendant, and the video’s veracity has been established by experts in video analysis. If, having seen the video and hearing the next witness, you officers find the evidence shows that detainee Hobbs influenced the destruction or disappearance of even a single ballot, then you must find her guilty of treason,” the admiral said pointedly.

“She said ‘get rid of these.’ Those were exact words. I was several feet away and didn’t see them. I remember thinking to myself, what the heck is happening here, and pretended not to notice because I didn’t want any trouble from her. So, I kept my mouth shut.”

 

 

“Do you know the names of the people she spoke with?” the admiral asked.

 

 

“I don’t, or I don’t remember,” Jane Doe said.

 

 

The admiral faced the panel. “Let the record show that we tried locating these tabulators, but they seem to have fallen off the face of the earth. As secretary of state, Hobbs should’ve recused herself from presiding over the gubernatorial election, but she didn’t, and she even had the audacity to illegally audit polling stations in a hotly contested election.

 

 

“Ms. Doe, you have seen the video, too. Are you aware Maricopa County officials claim the woman in the video is simply another observer and not Katie Hobbs?”

 

 

“I’m aware of that. And I can say they’re 110% wrong. The woman I saw in person looked like Katie Hobbs, walked like Katie Hobbs, and talked like Katie Hobbs—she was Katie Hobbs.”

Hobbs gawked at Doe from the defense table. “I’ve never seen you in my life. I don’t know you. Yet you say you saw me, is that right?”

 

 

“Yes, I saw and heard you ask others to tamper with ballots,” Jane Doe said.

 

 

Hobbs pressed her lips together for a second. “Perjury is crime. There’s still time to tell the truth, recount your testimony. Once you leave this island, do you think they’ll care what happens to you?”

 

 

Admiral Crandall ordered Hobbs not to intimidate the witness. “You lack decorum, detainee Hobbs, and your insouciance ends here. We revoke your right to further question this witness and ask the panel to render a verdict on the charges against you.”

United States Marines on Monday unceremoniously ejected FEMA from Tennessee, where agents of the criminal agency had hoped to terrorize and loot God-fearing citizens whose lives turned to shambles after a freak winter tornado outbreak struck parts of Nashville and Clarksville Saturday night.

 

The violent twisters killed six, injured dozens, left thousands without power, and flattened homes, motivating city managers to phone Washington for federal disaster relief. When Clarksville Mayor Joe Pitts called FEMA Region 4 Administrator Robert Samaan, he was told FEMA was already packing its bags for a road trip to the Volunteer State. Neither Pitts nor Samaan knew they had an eavesdropper on the line; White Hats at U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) overheard the conversation and notified their associates at General Smith’s Camp Pendelton office.

 

A source in Gen. Smith’s office told Real Raw News that White Hat leadership arranged for Marine expeditionary units to visit the storm-stricken regions, but he admitted that FEMA arrived in Tennessee ahead of the Marines.

 

“It wasn’t sluggishness on our part. It’s an issue of resource allocation. We’re presently involved in takedowns and national and international operations, clearing a path for President Trump when he officially retakes office on or before January 2025,” our source said.

 

Within hours of arriving in Tennessee Monday evening, the Marines began hearing stories about FEMA operatives robbing people blind. The Marines spoke with a man huddled beside his wife outside the splintered remains of their home. He told the Marines he had grabbed his emergency cash—about $2000—and a few family heirlooms and fled the house moments before a twister dropped down on it, shredding it like beets in a blender. The couple sought shelter with friends that night, with plans to find a vacant hotel room the following afternoon. While en route to the hotel, which tripled its rates, obviously price gouging, the husband and wife made a grave error: They made a pitstop at a FEMA aid station to fill out relief recovery forms and get a few bottles of water.

 

Before acknowledging the man’s concerns, FEMA wanted to know if he was armed. The man foolishly confessed he had a pistol in the glovebox, which FEMA said it must inspect to ensure the safety of its personnel. He told the Marines he capitulated to mollify the agitated agents and avoid a confrontation, as the agents carried sidearms on their hips. He claimed FEMA “seized” his lawfully owned Sig Saur P365 under the auspices of federal “Red Flag” laws.

 

“They said to me they was taking my gun because I was jittery and unpredictable. Yeah, I was nervous—I had four FEMA breathing down my neck interrogating me and all we wanted was the paperwork and water,” the man told a Marine lieutenant.

 

Having stolen the man’s pistol, FEMA then asked whether he was carrying “surplus” cash. Angered and confused, he bitingly said he had two grand so he and his wife wouldn’t have to sleep in the streets or bother friends for temporary lodging. FEMA insisted he show them the money—to determine if he qualified for immediate “financial assistance.” Agitated beyond the ability to coherently express himself, the man opened his billfold and counted 23 $100 bills, saying, “See, that’s all we got.”

 

The FEMA agent-in-charge glanced at him incredulously and said, “Why did you tell me you only had two thousand when there’s twenty-three hundred here? What else aren’t you telling us? What else aren’t you declaring?”

 

The man informed the agent he had no more, that Bidenomics had bankrupted him, and that he lived paycheck to paycheck, scraping together what he could to pay the mortgage on his now-demolished home and provide for his unemployed wife.

 

“Now I know you’re lying,” the agent reportedly told him, “because wages are increasing and the economy is booming. We’re confiscating this cash unless you can prove you gainfully earned it. We can do that under civil asset forfeiture laws.”

 

Broke, defenseless, and unable to afford a hotel room, the man and his wife had to seek refuge with neighbors whose homes survived the storm.

 

“It’s not that the Marines didn’t believe this story. In fact, it aligned with FEMA’s past actions. They did want firsthand confirmation,” our source said.

 

Monday afternoon, a Marine sergeant disguised himself as a displaced storm refugee. He had replaced his uniform with dirty jeans and an oversized hoodie, and he had pulled a knit cap over his head to hide his high and tight haircut, a telltale sign he might be military. He tucked a sidearm in the back of his waistband before approaching the FEMA “aid station” while his fellow Marines lurked a short distance away and watched his every move.

 

“Hold it there, buddy, you don’t look so healthy,” a FEMA goon said as the Marine neared the aid station. “Are you sick? Have you been in contact with anyone who’s had Covid in the last 14 days?”

 

The sergeant said he was in perfect health but was concerned about looters ransacking and pillaging what remained in his dilapidated home.

 

“Do you have cash or gold there? Or on your person?” the FEMA agent asked.

 

“Well, no, I just need some water please,” the Marine sergeant said.

 

“What do you have to barter?” said the FEMA agent. “If you don’t have anything on you, we can browse what’s in your rubble.”

 

“Well, I do have something,” the sergeant said.

 

“And what’s that?” the FEMA guy said.

 

“This!” the sergeant exclaimed, drawing his sidearm and putting two bullets in the agent’s chest. He then switched targets, emptying his magazine into the two other FEMA hoods who had been chuckling raucously only a second ago.

 

The Marines found a lockbox with $16,500 in cash and gold jewelry at FEMA’s relief station.

 

Systematically, Marine reconnaissance and scout/sniper squads assaulted six FEMA aid stations around the Clarksville and Nashville areas, reportedly killing or grievously wounding 27 FEMA personnel and forcing 50 more to flee the disaster area.

 

According to our source, the Marines destroyed four FEMA vehicles trying to flee Nashville along Interstate 24, and they recovered over $140,000 in stolen cash and jewelry from nine FEMA aid stations in Clarksville and Nashville.

 

“We don’t have a full battle damage assessment yet, but we’ve pushed the federal marauders out. We had some minor injuries—no fatalities. We’re making sure these poor people get their money and belongings back,” our source said.
