TOKUSING 徳シング 第24回 AJET徳島英語ミュージカル

Every year ALTs in　Tokushima have a Musical.

This year the musical will be TOKUSING.

It is an original musical based off the animated movie SING.

It is about a Koala who owns a theater but　because he has no money, the theater will close.

To get more money, he holds a singing competition where many other animals sing to win prize money.

However, there are many obstacles. Will he be able to get enough money?

Please come see the musical and find out.


The Musical will be in Junior High School level English and Japanese.

Performance are on the weekends in March.

Minami Community Hall will have a performance on March 11th from 2:00~ 4:00.

For free, but you can also give donations to help for next years musical.

今日の給食 「あななん 厚焼き卵」 in English

For Today's lunch, we had rolled omlete on the menu. On the egg, there was a cute picture. I was surprised. The picture was of Ananan. Ananan is the mascot for Anan City. It is a mix of a lion and a sunflower. He is very cute, and the rolled omlete with his picture was very delicious. I was happy to try it.

睡眠についての学習 保健体育委員会

今日はALTの先生も、保健体育委員会による「睡眠についての学習」に参加しました。
先生の感想です。

Today at Fukui, I watched students act in a play.

The play was about taking care of your brain.

The students talked about many things.

I learned that it is important for students to not use electronics before
going to sleep.

My favorite part was where some students wore masks and capes.

I want all Fukui students to take care of their brain and do a good job at
school.

金閣寺 ”Kinkaku-ji temple”written by ALT 英語バージョン

I went to Kyoto last month for a golden week.
It was my first time. I saw many things, first I went to the Heian Shrine.
There were many beautiful flowers there, for example cherry blossoms near the ponds.
Then I went to Gion district. I saw many people wearing yukata. There were many foreigners to see Hanami.
I ate Kushiyaki and Choco Banana on the street. Candied strawberry was very delicous. It was called Ichigoame.
I went to Fushimi Inari. There were many torii. I drank amazake. it was so good.
I went to Kinkaku-ji by bus. There were so many people. It was so crowded but I was very happy to see Kinkaku-ji.
It was my dream to see it. It was very beautiful and I took many pictures.

Wasabi snacks 英語バージョン by ALTの先生

Today was my first time eating Wasabi snacks called ミニサラダ.
I was surprised by the taste. At first, it is very spicy.
Then after, it is sweet, not a plain taste, but an intersting flavor.
It makes me not happy. But it is delicious.

In America, we don't have many wasabi snacks. My favorite snacks are cheese doodles.
It's a corn puff snack like Japanese カール. But it is cheeser and salter than カール.
