沖縄家飯 堅"ちゃん 大正駅

大正駅から徒歩3分、今回伺ったのは、「沖縄家飯 堅゛ちゃん家」さんです。

A 3 minute walk from Taisho station, this time we visited "Okinawa Iken Kenchan-ya".

マスターは沖縄本島にてエーサーを発展させた沖縄舞踊を本格的に学校等で200回以上も教えられていた方です。この日は運良く、実際に使われていた貴重なものをお見せしていただけました。

お料理も本場の味が染み込んだ品をいただけるお店なので最近よく通うようになりました。

素麺ちゃんぷる、ゴーヤちゃんぷる等の本場料理はもちろん美味しく、個人的なオススメは沖縄そばを使用した料理です。やきそば、やナポリタン750円は食感やソースが染み込んでいて美味しく、3枚豚の角煮700円は口の中でとろけてベリーグッドです👍✨ また、沖縄のお酒の種類が充実して他では見かけない泡盛などもベリーグッド👍👍✨✨ 沖縄料理が好きな人には穴場です。

Of course, authentic dishes such as Noodle Chample and Goya Chample are delicious, and my personal recommendation is Okinawa soba. Yakisoba and Napolitan 750 yen are delicious with the texture and sauce soaked, and the three pieces of pork boiled 700 yen melts in your mouth and is very good. Awamori, which you can't see, is a great place for those who like Okinawan cuisine.

いろいろな人から豚カツの分厚さが凄いのと、おかわりのご飯無料でとにかくコスパよく美味しいと評判をお聞きして伺ってみました。

この日はトンカツ定食900円を注文しました。カツはこだわりのある油で二度揚げするとのことで15分くらいは待ちました。食べる際に、店員さんより自家製のタレ以外にも、オリーブオイル、塩、がオススメと教えてもらいました。

定休日は水曜日、他の日は11:30〜15:30の4時間のみオープンのお店です。

注文したのはニボ醤油ポークキーマとエビ塩チキンキーマのあいがけカレーです。お出汁の味を味わいながら食べました。あいがけのどちらかを無料おかわりできるということで、個人的にニボポークキーマのお出汁がベリーグッド👍✨ I ordered Niwa Soy Sauce Pork Keema and Shrimp Salted Chicken Keema Curry. 注文したのは串カツししゃも、アスパラ、豚、ホタテ等、アサリの酒蒸し、楽しみにしていた麻婆豆腐です。串カツ屋さんにも関わらず麻婆豆腐の良心的なお味の中にも現在する本格中華屋さんの辛さはベリーグッド👍✨ I ordered Kushikatsu-shisha, asparagus, pork, scallops and other steamed clams, and I was looking forward to mapo tofu. また串カツはどれも美味しくて、中でもししゃもはベリーグッド👍✨ ここは麻婆豆腐も美味しいですが、カレーも評判が高いのであります。なお、実物は小さいお皿ですが、500円前後の鬼コスパです。串100円、アサリの酒蒸し300円。The skewered cutlet is delicious, especially shishamo is very good.
