My mother needs long- team care 1.Life at home seems to be okay. Since visiting nurses and visiting doctors are available, i made a plan for living at home for the time being.I'm not sur yet.
母は要介護1なので、まだまだ自宅での生活は大丈夫です。
訪問看護、訪問ドクターなどを利用します。

Until recently, The care manager has come .After my mother was discharged,She was relieved to be able to live at home.It is a rehabilitation service at home including visitng nurses.My mother is mother is still fine,so i'm looking.
母のケアマネージャーを決めて、その方とのミーティングを先程までしていました。
要介護1なので、訪問看護師さんを併用してサービスを受けられるシステムを知りました。
夜中に救急車を呼ぶ必要も、ありません。
安心しました。
計画が上手く行きますように🙏
