確認の文章は"I can confirm the reception of KNUS2 that you recorded and wish you the best."と単純だが、とてもフレンドリーな内容の手紙を頂いた。皆に同じ返信が届いてはいるようだが、気にはすまい。これからも聞こえたらメールをしたいと思う。まずは、お礼のメールを打たなければ。。。

なお、近着のメールによるKBJDのデータは下記のとおり。 Our night time transmission power from KBJD is 1,000 watts into one  of two towers.  The radiation pattern of that transducer is as a 1/4  wave and radiates in an omnidirectional device.  The ionosphere will  start to unsettle as spring approaches.  We still have a month or so  before the reflective capabilities if the atmospheric properties  change. I have very consistent reception reports from Japan and  Finland near the arctic circle.It is amazing how far the radio waves  travel and I am still an avid radio enthusiast. I have attached a photo of the two transmitters at the site.  My  brother is standing in-front of KRKS-AM which runs 6.5KW and the  transmitter to the right is KBJD.  They bare both identical  transmitters and are made by the company -- Harris and are models --  DX-10.
