代々木公園、渋谷に行ってきました。
代々木公園では、花見をしました。広い公園なので、
花見の人もとっても多かったです。
渋谷でも人の多さにびっくり。
人とよくぶつからないで歩けるなあって感心してしまいました。
I went to Yoyogi park and Shibuya with my friend.
We had Hanami party in Yoyogi park.
This park is very huge so people were coming a lot!
Also there were a lot of people in Shibuya.
I admired that people don't bump each other.
I felt little nervousness in the big city...

信州の伊那へ父母と一緒に行ってきました。
お年寄りの方たちで運営する、パン屋さんへ行ったり、
五平餅、山女など食べて、温泉に入ってきましたよ。
I went to Ina in Shinsyu with my mom and dad.

and then we had hot spring there.

After we had a lot of oysters,went to Ise-jingu Grand Shrine.
We had Ohsiruko(sweet adzuki bean soup with pieces of rice cake) and bought Akafuku-mochi(rice cake covered mashed sweet adzuki bean).
They are famous in Ise-jingu Grand shrine.
The person who guide on the tour bus,recomended a croquette shop
`Butasute'.Also we had.

母とその友達のJさんと一緒に伊勢へのバスツアーに出かけました。
バスツアーのメインは焼き牡蠣20個を食べるというもの。
以前は生で食べられたそうですが、ノロウィルスの関係で
生は食べられなくなったそうです。少し残念でしたけど。
でてきたメニューは牡蠣20個、牡蠣のお吸い物、牡蠣の炊き込みご飯と
牡蠣のフライでした。牡蠣づくしでした～。
美味しかった～～。
そして、私と母はメニュー全てその場で完食しました。

Too bad...
There were 20 oysters for cooking on the grill by ourselves,soup with the oyster,
rice with the oyster,the fried oyster.

今日から夏時間が始まりました。
前日のCNNでお知らせを何回もしていました。
11日の午前2時に普通の時間から、夏時間になる時は、1時間時計を早く進めます。なので、3時にするのです。
夏時間から、普通の時間へ変える時は、当然1時間遅くします。
今回はインディアナ州のある州だけは、2時間も早く時計を進めることに
なったようです。
The Day light Saving Time began from today.
I saw CNN news about it many times yesterday.
You put the clock forward on one hour from normal time to the day light saving time at 2am on 11st.So it will be 3am.
You set the clock back one hour from the day light saving time to normal time.
It seems they decided to put clock forward two hour in one county of Indiana.

ESLのイングリッシュ・クラブ(生徒だけで集まって気軽にお話するクラブ)
で、地元のテレビ局へ見学へ行こうということになり、行ってきました。
ケンタッキー大学の敷地内にあるようです。
もちろん、説明は英語ですので間違った解釈をしているところも
あるかもしれませんが、ご了承を・・・。
I went to the KET (local TV station) with ESL friends.
It seemed there is in the UK.
The volunteer guide told us about KET by English.So I am not sure
I could understand about her talking,but please understand me.Thanks.

このカメラ、重たいけどスルスル～って簡単に動きますが、止めたいところでピタっと止まります。
The reception to audiences by telephone.I have seen them by 24jikan TV(Japanese program).
Those cameras are very heavy though you can easy to move and stop quickly.

大理石で作ってあるように見える支柱も実は、プラスチック。
テレビの視覚効果は怖いですねえ。
Those place were the same studio. The floor color were different.So it looked like different studio.
It looked like made from the mable.But it didn't.It was the plastic.

運転免許の試験を受けに行った先での受付のおじさん。
どう見ても、エルビス・プレスリー
髪の毛のセット。どうみても、エルビスです。
後日、ESLの先生にこんな人が居たの!って言ったら、
どうやら有名?!らしく、時々メイクもしているそうな。
私が受付に行った時はメイクはしてなかったですけどね。
きっと、大好きなんでしょうね～。
昨年エルビス・プレスリーの邸宅へ行ったばかりなので、
親しみ易かったですよ、そのおじさん。しかも結構優しかったんです。
There was a man on the DMV front desk.
He looked like `Elvis Presley´!!
His hair style,,,,whichever,HE is!!
After that,I told my ESL teacher about him.
My teacher also knows about him!
Pahaps,he might be popular?!
It seems sometimes he makes up for being more looks like `Elvis´
Unfotunatly,he didn't it at that time.
I think he loves Elvis!
I have been to Elvis Presley's gorgeous house last year.
So I felt he was companionable and kind person.

アメリカは州毎で運転免許証を書き換えなくてはいけません。
外国人だけでなく、アメリカ人でもしなくてはいけません。
というわけで、テネシーから来た私達も書き換えに行きました。
実際は書き換えという簡単なものではなく、また試験を受けるのです。
州によっては書き換えるだけでいい州もありますけどね。
テネシーでは、IDの付かない運転許可証でした。
受付へ行ったら「何コレ?!」という表情でテネシーの運転許可証を見て「今まで許可証で運転していたのなら、ケンタッキーの法律では、
30日間は路上で練習して、その後の路上試験になるからね。
それまでは助手席に免許を持った人を乗せて用心して運転してね。」←無理ですけどっ
というのは、筆記試験が受かった人の場合。
受からなかった人は「運転してて、もし何か問題があったら牢屋だからね。」って。
そうなんです。この試験を受けると同時にテネシーの免許を
取り上げられてしまったのです。普通でも一日では、免許が取れないのに!
なので、もし試験に落ちれば当然無免許になるわけです。
おかげさまで日本人の間で出回っている虎の巻をもらっていたので、
筆記試験には合格して、写真も免許証と同じように撮るのですが、
写真担当のおばちゃん、ずっと電話しっぱなしで片手間に私を呼んで、
いつ撮るかわからない状態でライトの方をぼんやり見ていたら、
「あっちで待っていて。」とだけ。
えーーーー!!!いつ撮ったの?!
ちょっとぉお!!
できあがりはもちろん間抜けな顔です。
しっかりコレには『許可証です』って表示してあるんです。
30日後に路上試験です。
もうさんざんテネシーで運転してたんだってば!!
日本から直接来た人よりは慣れていると思うのですけどねぇ。。。
When people moved to another state,people have to change the driver's license in every states.
Even the us sitizen have to do.
So we who came from TN, went to the DMV(Department of Motor Vehiclles) for changing our license.
Acctually,it was not easy.Because it was not just changing the license.
We had to take the writing and the driving test again.
It seems it depends on the state.
We cannot have the license with ID in TN.It was just the permit.
When we went to the front desk and asked him.But it seemd his face is wondered when he looked at our
permit.
And he told us`You all had driven by this permit in TN.So You all need to practice time on the drive with someone who have the driver license.It is the Kentucky law.'This is in passed person case.
So if I failed and drove and got accident,I will get cought and have to go the jail.He said that.
Yes,when we applied to take the test,they confiscated our TN's license.
Even normal test takes at least 2days!
So if I failed it,I have to drive without the license. Acctually I won't able to drive.
Fortunately,I had gotten the test `practice´ paper by Japanese,I could pass it.
When I was took my photo,she took the photo as she is talking to someone by phone.
So I didn't know when she took me it.
uhhhhh,,,,,
My face was very funny,,,,.
Of course it signs `permit´.
I have to take the driving test after 30days.
Too long!!!
I used to drive in TN.
I think my driving is better than people came directly from Japan.
But it cannot help,,,.
It is Kentucky's law.
