【花より団子】 日本の団子とは、穀物の粉を水や湯を加えて丸めて作る。台湾の湯円とは、もち米を丸めて作る。今日は台湾冬至日だが、外は寒気団のせいで、強い風がぴゅうぴゅう吹いている。ウチは神様に供えたほかほかの湯円を食べると、体の中がぽかぽかになる。幸せだ。

【People are more Interested in the Practical over the Aesthetic】Dango is a Japanese dumpling made from rice flour mixed with uruchi rice flour and glutinous rice flour. Taiwanese Tangyuan is made from glutinous rice shaped into balls . Today is Taiwan winter solstice . There is a strong freezing air mass which caused howling sound outside . My body become nice and warm after eating the steaming hot Tangyuans which are made offerings to the Buddha . I feel jubilant.
