　一昨日付けサンケイビス（SankeiBiz）「論風」に拙稿「まず「介護離職」のゼロ化を 報酬改定で減少する施設」掲載されました。


・・・今、介護人材の不足や介護職員の待遇悪化が大きな課題である他、親や伴侶が要介護者になった場合に介護離職を余儀なくされることも大きな社会問題だ。介護離職者数は年間約１０万人に上るとの統計もある。

　介護離職問題は、高齢者福祉を維持するだけでなく、国全体の労働力を確保していくためにも、きちんと対処されるべきだ。「家族の介護は他人任せで良い！」と堂々と言える時代を迎える必要がある。当面目指すべきは、国民皆介護の前に、介護離職ゼロ化だ。
