Depression

Sometimes I think my life is good, sometimes I hate this life and feel really depressed.
Just wanna sleep do nothing, but sleep. Sleepless night make me feel so scared. I prefer to see
awful nightmare as its just a dream..
Well, but everyone feels like this, no? If so, it means my symptom is "depression".
That sounds scary.
