この地は、家康に関する話題が多い街でした。
そんなわけで、家康の鷹狩を捩って、遊びと防災を絡めて探訪してみました。

防災の観点から気になった事柄を備忘録として書き留めました。
被害予想は、
・太平洋からの津波被害による大水害
・河川を伝う上流への被害から橋脚消失。
・液状化による道路網崩壊と家屋傾倒と電柱傾倒による電力遮断。
・電線の配線混雑による電力回復懸念。
・密集家屋による類焼火災。
・車社会による給油の困難。
・プロパンガスが主体なので、火災による爆発。
・車社会車の構成だけに、車両避難者が極めて膨大になる。
・古い体質が残っており、自治体の連動はかなりの時間が消費される。
活かせる点は
・まつりコミュニティによる地域の繋がり。
・工場勤務者が多い。
・広大な農地が周辺に点在。
支援面は、
・自衛隊浜松基地から補給
・東名高速道路と第二東名高速道路の補給経路。
・国道1号線バイパスと国道150号線バイパスの補給経路。
・国道152号線と国道257号線の補給経路。
・郊外型スーパーが多くあり、拾い駐車場を完備。
課題は
・生産効率の悪さ。
・情報共有の低さ。
・先進性への欲の無さ。
