'TOUMART NEW SOFVI PROJECT' DIAVOLO
It has come to my attention that by using a system like Kickstarter in Japan as TOUMART (corporation), there's a large possibility that the law may be broken.
It seems that receiving money first without handing the product over is illegal.
As a result, this project will be handled on a preorder basis.
For those of you who are interested in the prototype, I will receive your reservation as a preorder first.
I haven't chosen the colors for the first samples, so if everyone could also include the colors they'd like to see in the preorder, I will choose the color combination that is the most requested.
This is the photo of the prototype. A rarity for TOUMA, as this figure has a lot of effort put into the texture of the exterior. It's called DIAVOLO.
The face is using the skull design TOUMA used often in his earlier works.
The bone-like arms and body parts have been made in a texture similar to that of actual bones. The lower body has been made to look like it's covered in hair.
The size is slightly larger than the sofvi Knucklebear, standing at 20.5cm.
The number of parts include the face, body, right and left arms, and right and left hands, making a total of six parts.
Currently I'm planning to sell the figure at \7,000 + tax.
What makes this different from Kickstarter is the fact that payment will be collected after the product is completed. (This way it doesn't break the law)
I'm thinking to make the first sample prices as follows:
1 share/\10,000 (if paying for via PayPal, a 4.5% handling fee will be added, making the total \10,450)
This includes a first sample, and the shipping fee will be included in the total. I will also include something extra. For example, one complete set of 5 booklips that are not available in the USA, or a complete normal set of a previously sold Knucklebear capsule toy.

You'll receive two first samples, with postage included, plus a complete set of 5 booklips, and one rusty finish Knucklebear figure (a one-off figure currently for sale on my TOUMART NET SHOP. It is unknown which one you'll receive)

日本では、キックスターターのシステムをTOUMART（法人会社）が
行うと、法律に触れる可能性が高いことがわかりました。
商品を渡さないで、先にお金だけをもらうということが法に触れるようです。
ですので、私は今回のプロジェクトは、先行予約という形に
したいと考えています。
今回の原型を気に入ってくれた方は、先行予約として、予約をうけつけます。
ファーストサンプルのカラーはまだ決定していませんが、
予約を受け付ける際に希望カラーを皆さんからうけつけて、
一番多い意見をファーストカラーにしたいと考えています。
これが、原型の写真になります。
TOUMAにしては珍しく、表面のテクスチャー表現に力をいれてみました。
名称はDIAVOLOです。
顔は、TOUMAの初期によく制作していた骸骨のデザインを用いています。
腕や体の骨のような部分は骨を模したテクスチャーを制作しております。
下半身は体毛に覆われている感じを表現しております。
大きさはソフビのナックルベアよりも少し大きく、20.5cmほどの大きさになります。
パーツ数は頭、体、右腕、右手、左腕、左手の6パーツになっております。
現在想定している販売価格は7000円＋TAXくらいを予定しています。
キックスターターと違う点は、商品が出来てから、支払いをしてもらうということです。
（そうすれば法律には触れないので。）
ファーストサンプルの値段は以下のとおりにしようと思っています。
一口10000円 （Paypalで支払う場合、PAYPAL手数料の4.5%が加算され、10450円になります。）
ファーストサンプル1体、送料はファーストサンプル代金を除いた残りの代金から使用させていただきます。
それから、何かしらの特典をつけます。
例えば、アメリカでは発売されていないブックリップの5種コンプリートを1セットなど。
もしくは、過去に発売されたナックルベアのカプセルトイのノーマルコンプリートなど。
