日本では、あまり紹介されていないようですが：

OpenGLのレンダーリング等を複数の IntelliStationで実行して、統合化する
ミドルウェアみたいです。
　大量のデータを扱う上で可視化は必須ですから、この手のニーズはかなり
あるはずです。
