Sun Grideに合わせる必要がありそうだけど

Data Base整備はきちんとしていると思いますが・・・

Supportが Mailing List Supportのみというのもあります (全く無しもあります)。
あれ？、別サイトの Mailing Listだったりして、これは Mailing List Supportとは言わないでしょう？
あちゃ！、Email Supportも開発元のメールアドレスだったりして・・・
公共 DBの問い合わせも出来ないってこと？
この Supportはアプリケーションそのものについての一般的な (外部の) もので、
実際の使用に関するサポートは別に用意しているということ？
それは $1/CPU-hr.に含まれるの？
