半導体用ウエハー（Siシリコンウエハー・GaAs・ガリウム砒素Ga)砒素(As)）・ガラス・金属等の高精度非接触厚さ測定装置（非接触厚み測定装置）のOZUMA CLのご紹介です。非接触厚さ測定装置OZUMA CLは、半導体用ウエハー（Siシリコンウエハー・GaAs・ガリウム(Ga)砒素(As)）等の裏面研磨工程における厚さ（厚み）管理用として、あるいは各製造工程における厚さ（厚み）管理用として非接触測定で御使用いただけます。　

分解能は0.01μｍ。

レーザー非接触方式 なのでプローブ等が被測定物にキズを付ける心配がありません。非接触式なので同一被測定物を何度でも繰り返し厚さ（厚み）・ソリ・平行度等の測定ができます。上下に対向配置されたレーザーセンサーヘッドで測定するため被測定物の"ソリ"による浮き上がりに影響されにくく厚さを正確に測定できます。 曲面・へこみ・高低差に強い測定機です。また被測定物の材質に依存しません。コプラナリティも高精度に測定できます。

It can be used for non-contact measurement for thickness management.

Resolution is 0.01μm.

Since it uses a laser non-contact method, there is no need to worry about the probe etc. scratching the object to be measured. Since it is a non-contact type, you can repeatedly measure the thickness, warpage, parallelism, etc. of the same object over and over again. Since the measurement is performed using laser sensor heads arranged vertically facing each other, the thickness can be accurately measured without being affected by lifting caused by "warp" of the object to be measured. This measuring device is resistant to curved surfaces, dents, and height differences. Also, it does not depend on the material of the object to be measured. Coplanarity can also be measured with high precision.
