1..The treatment of the abnormal transmission of rotary kiln and pinion




(1) remove the auxiliary device of big gear in rotary kiln and cover it with rainproof tarp to protect the big gear and prevent the big and small gear from being affected by external dust and rain.

(2) check the connection flange, positioning bolt, spring plate bolt and other relevant fasteners for fastening the rotary kiln gear;Clean the grease on the tooth surface of the big and small gear of rotary kiln and the circular section on both sides;Check and tighten the bolts of rotary kiln's big gear interface with hydraulic wrench, check and tighten the bolt of spring plate connection on the rotary kiln's big gear, check and tighten the bolt of spring plate connection on the rotary kiln's cylinder body;Measure the gap between the big gear interface of rotary kiln, measure with the plug gauge, and tighten it again.

(3) check the deformation of the cylinder at the big gear of rotary kiln.After monitoring and recording, the deformation of the cylinder body is within the permitted range, and the contact of gears at local high points should be paid attention to during operation.

(4) adjust the pinion of rotary kiln, shift it 1.5mm inward, and adjust the alignment transmission device.

(5) deal with the tooth surface of rotary kiln gear and pinion gear, the step of tooth top and the burr edge.Rotary kiln gear meshing surface wear is heavier, there is a pull scar, on the right side about 40~60mm width internal pitting erosion, peeling is heavier, there are two steps, one is the tooth root step, one is the tooth top small step, step height 2~2.5mm, pitch circle meshing surface concave.Pinion tooth surface is relatively good, no serious pitting phenomenon, there is the same step.

2. Steps of polymer processing for large and small gear transmission of rotary kiln




(1) grind the step at the root of the gear and make arc transition;Grinding the small step at the top of the tooth, the height is about 15~20mm, and the grinding amount at the top is about 0.6~1mm, until there is no obvious step.After completion of grinding, apply red red powder to slow turn, and use printing paper and transparent tape to imprint and record the meshing situation. At this time, the contact rate checked is about 40%~50%. There are two lines on the meshing surface, as shown in figure 1.Add abrasive running-in, contact surface gradually increased, the load will increase the contact surface.

(2) grinding requirements: adopt the method of gradual grinding, prohibit excessive grinding, mesh surface transition should be smooth, after starting up, use running-in agent or running-in lubricating oil to gradually become normal meshing, and at the same time, use copying sample scraping inspection and acceptance.

(3) check the meshing of rotary kiln pinion and pinion, and adjust the pinion of rotary kiln.Carry out the inspection by painting red or other convenient methods and continue to polish the tooth surface as appropriate (the bright point needs to continue to polish) until the contact rate of the tooth surface meets the requirements.

(4) if during the running-in process of large and small gears of rotary kiln, it is found that some tooth surfaces still have local contact highlights, it should be properly polished again, and then continue to observe and treat.

(5) check pinion bearing and measure bearing clearance. Side clearance is within the normal range of 8~12 microns.

(6) reload, adjust and check the refueling system of rotary kiln, and pay attention to cleaning the waste oil and running-in agent, so as to ensure that the real running-in situation is understood and prevent the tooth surface from being damaged due to excessive running-in.

(7) rotary kiln pinion base integral joint reinforcement: in situ bolt edges of 80 ~ 100 mm position, respectively with diamond drill four ϕ depth of 63 mm, 500 mm hole, used to install new anchor bolt, and then make solid quick glue chemically-planted steel bars.According to the technical requirements, the smart fast chemical planting reinforcement glue A, B glue material allocation, to put in the new anchor bolt preparation.

After the overhaul of the large and pinion transmission of rotary kiln, the meshing parameters of the large and pinion gears greatly changed and the contact rate increased. The overall vibration of the large and pinion transmission system of rotary kiln was smaller, and the operation of rotary kiln was relatively more stable.
