Anger does not solve any problem.
you feel miserable for angried yourself.
Solution without calming down  is not good idea.
Why don't we spend some more time for restoring youself?
when we see yourself calm, you start seeing thing clearly, and better idea will come to you.

Do not forget it is not wise idea to think to win only yourself. It is important both need to feel good

怒りは、物事を解決しません。

まず、怒っている貴方が惨めです。

冷静さを欠いた解決策って、賢明ではないですよね。

しばらくご自分の修復に、時間と努力を費やしてみませんか？

平静になったら、物事がよく見えてきます。

いい考えも出てきます。。。。

もしこれが、相手のあることでしたら、相手への思いやりも出てきます。

貴方だけ、勝とうなんて思わないで、両方が気持ちよくなること。。。。
