ＥＹの2019年6月期のグローバルでの収入が、３６４億ドルになったという記事。

The Big Four firm has announced combined global revenues of $36.4bn (£29.7bn) for the financial year ended June 2019, despite strong headwinds over the past year

現地通貨ベースで（in local currency terms）８％の伸びとのことです（2018年は７．４％増）（米ドルベースでは４．７％増、2018年は１１％増）。過去6年の複利の年平均成長率は８．３％になるそうです。（現地通貨ベースというのは、たぶん、換算レートを固定して計算した数字ということでしょう。）

EY Global reported revenue growth of 8% in local currency terms, a 0.6% increase on the 7.4% growth recorded in 2018 (USD 4.7% compared to 11% last year). It also noted compound annual growth of 8.3% over the past six years – adding nearly $15bn in revenue over that period.

The firm said there was good growth across all its service lines. Transaction advisory services led the charge with 15.5% revenue growth in local currency terms, while advisory grew 9.2%, tax by 8.6% and assurance by 4.4%.

保証業務（監査など）の伸びは相対的に低いようです。

Of the firm’s four regions, Asia-Pacific saw the largest growth at 9.1%, followed by the Americas (8.5%), Japan (7.5%) and Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (7.1%).

Japan地域も平均的な伸びだったようです。

ＥＹは、2018年に、2年間にわたって、10億ドルをテクノロジー・ソリューションや新テクノロジーの提供に費やす計画を発表しています。

In 2018, the firm stated its plan to spend $1bn over two years on enhancing its technology solutions and on launching new technology offerings.

今年6月にはノキアとのグローバルでの提携も発表しています。

In June, the firm announced a global tie up with Nokia to deliver tax, finance, data and technology managed services across 127 countries.

ＥＹは、2013年以降10万人以上の雇用を創出し、2018年から2019年にかけて、20件の買収を実施したそうです。

The firm said that since 2013 it has created more than 100,000 jobs and in 2018 to 2019 it made 20 acquisitions.

ＥＹはビッグ4事務所の中で2019年のグローバルの収入を発表した最初の事務所ですが、ＫＰＭＧよりも上位だが、ＰｗＣとデロイトには及ばないという3位の地位は変わらない見込みです。

EY is the first of the Big Four firms to post its global revenue in 2019, but based on last year’s revenues it is still ahead of KPMG, which reported combined global revenues of $22.8bn for 2018. EY still trails Deloitte, which announced $43.2bn of revenues, and PwC’s revenues of $41.3bn.
