What is the justification of power?
もし国家権力が正当化されなければ、
また、もし人民が、それに服従することに同意しなければ、
国家権力による支配は安定しない。
If national power is not justified, and if the people do not agree with obeying it, the rule by national power is not stabilized.

Max Weber is the sociologist of the 19th century Germany.
かれは、権力の正当性として、つぎの３つのものを示しました。
He showed the following three things as justification of power.
１．伝統的支配
長い間続いてきた血統や家柄などの権威による支配。
例：天皇制・君主制
1. Traditional Rule
Rule by authority which has continued for a long time, such as blood and birth.
Example: The Tenno system and a monarchial system
２．カリスマ的支配
人民が神秘的能力をもつと信じる人物による支配。
例：モーゼ・卑弥呼・ヒトラー
2. Charismatic rule
Rule by the person whom the people believe to have mystical capability.
Example: MOZE, Himiko, and Hitler
３．合法的支配
正当に制定された客観的基準である法にもとづく支配
例：近代の法治国家
3. Lawful rule.
Rule based on the law which is the objective standard enacted justly.
Example: A modern law-governed state
