If the motor rotates to the inside by mistake, the throwing angle is 45 ° forward, but the material has the force to roll backward. At this time, the forward moving speed is much slower, and the material stays on the screen for a long time, and even the material cannot be discharged.

Resolvent:

1. When the screen box is running, press the stop button of the electric control box. At this time, the vibrating screen will stop slowly. Observe the elliptical track formed by the small points on the side plate during the operation of the vibrating screen, and roll to the sand outlet to make the correct direction;

2. Remove the vibrator cover and check whether the eccentric shaft rotates to the outside;

3. Replace any two phase lines in the incoming power supply of the electric control box and sprinkle some sand on the screen. The one with faster sand discharge speed is the right direction.

三、 The screen does not fit tightly with the screen frame

After the rubber strip supporting the screen is worn, the screen can not contact with it reliably; the screen screen is not reasonably tight.

四、 Poor screen quality

Generally, there are upper layer and lower part of the screen. The two layers are required to fit closely. If the screen technology is poor, when the stress layer at the bottom of the screen is tight, the screen layer is not tightened, and the throwing force of materials is greatly reduced during operation, so the screening and discharging can not be carried out smoothly.
